Ranking ITunes to Netflix subscription SCAM.

I received an email indicating that I had ordered a netflix subscription, I had not so much assumed my account has been compromised, then I pressed the button 'report a problem' on the screenshots. then took me to a real website where I then got my itunes right first time (first alarm) password. Then, I followed the instructions and noticed the grammatical errors and such as a company like apple would not stand for (second alarm). I had to type in all my details which I am almost 100% sure are saved in my account third alarm). I then decided to check it out and the site is slightly different with a strange URL such as email address. I then checked online on the order number that had no response confirming to me that it was an address came scam, so I decided to report it. Since then, I changed my password apple and checked the site again, that there is no password protection, the boxes just to be filled in order to continue to the next page.

By "has decided to declare" do you mean that you handed to Apple: [email protected] ?

I tried to update my information to cc without success, I might add, and now I have 6 which weighed charges on my debit card for the same Netflix subscription. He has actually decreased my debit card that has sufficient funds, and I hope that I have that I extract only, the only time. Can anyone confirm if this has happened to them before?

    Thanks in advance!

Whenever you add or change your payment information, you are likely to receive a temporary store operating load, your card issuer should remove in a few days or more: on the payment card's authorization in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

If the card is still declined, then the subscription will be not have been paid for. You can check with the card issuer to see if they are declining, or try another card (a card have a chance to be accepted it must be registered with the same name and address (including the format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are and which is therefore the country on your iTunes account).

  • Device error limit for Showtime Apple TV app and Showtime subscription iTunes

    Hello

Just, I bought my fourth 2nd gen Apple TV and removed my old gen 2 Apple TV. After downloading the soft of Showtime, which works fine on my other 4th gen, I get an error like "your household has exceeded its limit of the device. Before you can continue the main account holder... "When you try to connect to my iTunes from Showtime subscription.

I don't know how many devices can I run. I have the app of Showtime also on my iPad and iphone.

I don't mind removing access to one of my other devices. I don't see where I can do it.

I looked to my iTunes account and settings on the parameters of the Apple TV, but does not know where to remove a device so that I can use on my second Apple TV Showtime subscription.

  • What will happen to my Itunes when Apple music runs?

I just bought an Ipod touch, and with it, I got a free trial of Apple's music. I also bought a gift card to Itunes at the same time. I bought $15 worth of music and learned later that the trial is for 3 months.

The FAQ section is not clear on what is happening to the itunes when the subscription runs. I lost $15 and lose $230 on a miniature computer very expensive? Because I really bought so I could play music.

I am a student full-time and saved my money to do this, without realizing that I might have to pay a monthly/yearly subscription just to buy more music and play.

If anyone can help me with this issue, I would be very grateful.

    Thank you

    Samhoku

You will not be able to play pieces of music from Apple, but keep the individual purchases of the song and the music from sources other than iTunes.

  • Why am I being sent received for the purchase that I did not?

    Hello

I just got the second email with a purchase on iTunes Store that I have not bought, this time for a Netflix subscription. The last time I just ignored him because I have never enter my details of credit card at Apple before, so there is no way that I'm recharged, and indeed my bank statements will confirm this. When I followed the instructions in the email it allows me to connect to my Apple ID and ask my name, but also the details of credit card to confirm my identity. I won't put my card details in as I did before. In addition, there is no lock secured by the URL which means that my data is secure.

Normally I would dismiss just this kind of thing as spam, but the email looks so realistic and I can browse the apple site both the email itself and the link told me to click which makes me wonder. I would like to just some clarification on what is happening here.

    Thank you.

  • Need advice from first Apple TV purchase

    Hello

I need some advice on the purchase of my first Apple TV.

I want an Apple TV for two reasons:

    (1) for watching movies and TV shows I purchased/rented from iTunes

    (2) Watch Netflix

I have the choice between the 3rd and 4th gen Apple TV. The 3rd generation is MUCH less expensive than the 4th Gen seeing that my priority is my iTunes and Netflix content, it's worth spending a lot more on the 4th generation? Other than games and fancy remote what can the 4th gen cannot 3rd generation?

A colleague suggested that I'd rather have a Google Chromecast because it much cheaper than the Apple TV. I know even less about this than the Apple TV. The Chromecast will be able to play my purchased DRM protected iTunes movies and TV shows?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

4th Gen has also access to the subscription service music Apple 3rd generation does not, and as developers more come aboard, it will have at its disposal more Apps as the current 3rd generation is now basically 3 years and does not get a new round of software updates this time and no way of knowing if it will get any in the future.

4th Gen will probably continue to receive updates and support of the 3rd party developers such as Netflix for a while.

The Chromecast plays basically everything that is on your computer or mobile device screen. Unlike the Apple Tv, it does not on its own plays anything nor has an interface, you can see on the screen. It's just a receiver and you "cast" content. You cannot however "cast" iTunes protected content to it. This means that you can not directly play iTunes purchases and rentals on it.

Since you plan on playing iTunes content, the best bet is the Apple Tv. If you do not really need the apps and games, go for the 3rd GEN, otherwise you can go for the cheapest 32 GB 4th Gen

  • Lost my music?

For a year I liked the Apple game, but $$ forced me to cancel in may 2015. I stored my music locally on a MacBook running 10.6.8 which is no longer supported, so I can't upgrade its iTunes. If I have a Mac running Sierra, my music will be available in iCloud?

If you're upgrading, then the library should come too, or you can back up and restore. Your purchases are generally available in the cloud. Other content can be if you had even an iTunes active game subscription or Apple's music.

  • Need help to organize music

    Hi all

I just build my first PC, after my last laptop was stolen.

The thing is I need a good way to organize my music collection now and I have a problem with that.

I'm a DJ so I have two computers, one is my office where I listen to music every day and one is a laptop that I use to go to the place I DJ at and when I come home from uni weekend

The thing I had in mind was to put all my music on a HARD drive and use it as a base. Is it possible to easily sync music from one PC to the other via iTunes?

I want to be able to do is the following:

    1. Add music with itunes on my desktop

    2. Add music with itunes on my laptop

3 synchronization new library to a library on the HARD drive

4 synchronize desktop and laptop to the library of HARD drives

All of this must be possible in each order.

I don't want to put all the new songs on the disc manually HARD and after that on a PC. Also, it would be really nice if playlists are kept intact/synchronized well.

I hope you understand what I want / need.

    Thanks a bunch!

(Ps: also open to other solutions for the reading/synchronization/backup software!)

    Hello Thepecher,

Looks like you are looking for a way to have the same iTunes library available for two different computers.  I can certainly understand the convenience of the present and am confident that I can help you.

The best solution would be to use iTunes game.  iTunes game stores all your music to iCloud and allows access from all your devices, including PC.  iTunes game would achieve all the items on your list of things you want to be able to do.  If you add music to iTunes on one computer, it will appear on the other computer automatically.  Complete information is available here:

    iTunes game

Find out how to subscribe to iTunes Match here:

    Subscribe to iTunes game

For greater flexibility, you can combine iTunes with a subscription to Apple's music game.  This would have access to millions of songs and sync your playlists between devices.  Information about the Apple's music are available here:

  • I can do my own shopping with my own method of payment instead of the family share the payment method?

Ive been using account my mother up to this point, but now that I'm going to College, I decided to make my own account. Since all the music that I've ever bought is through his account and all my images are saved to her icloud, I thought I'd set up the family shares for us two. I want my personal music subscription ($4.99 for students), but I want to buy it with my debit card, not the one that is set up for family sharing. Is there a way to do this? I don't want my mother to be charged for my purchase.

The only way to do this is the organizer of the family sharing. For other things like music purchases, it could be made with a gift card to iTunes, but recurring subscriptions, such as music from Apple, it must be done with the credit card for the family Organizer.
