  I recently received an invoice by e-mail to Apple for an article that I did not order or purchase. So, I think that my apple account has been compromised.

  What 'form' have you completed? It is likely to have been a phishing e-mail trying to get the details of your account and payment and not Apple.

  If the cause of your problem is to have a HP PC with an AMD processor and an original image on your hard drive (and of course it sounds like this is the case), the solution should be to rename the file intelppm.sys and launch the sp37394.exe patch.   3. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  If you are unable to start windows check to see if you can boot into safe mode.

  There are several places an identifier Apple is used on an iPhone.

  • If it's the Apple of a former owner of the phone ID, and it is in settings/iCloud grace to find my iPhone activated, ONLY the person who set up the Apple ID can remove (see: find my iPhone Activation Lock: a mechanism of extraction of the previous owner)

  Remove all external devices such as printers and scanners connected to the computer and then try to start.

  As you mentioned you don't have a CD/DVD drive on the computer and you are not able to boot in any mode, there are only two options:

  a. you will need to connect external CD/DVD drive to the computer for further troubleshooting.

  b. you must contact the manufacturer of the computer.

  If you have forgotten your password, if you have another user who has administrative privileges account you can log in to that account and change the password of your account of origin of the user accounts applet in Control Panel. If you do not have another account like this set upwards or that you do not have the password which you will need to log on to the built-in Administrator account. In XP Home, start the computer in Mode safe. This, by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. This will put you in the right menu. Navigate using your arrow up; the mouse does not work here. Once in safe mode, you will see the normally hidden administrator account. The default password is white.

  In XP Pro, you don't need to go to Safe Mode. In the home screen, do Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to get the classic Windows logon box. Type in "Administrator" and the password that you assigned when you set up Windows.

  I have a CC subscription that includes LR and Photoshop. That's all I need. I bought Acrobat Pro XI separately and it meets my modest needs.

  BUT. Whenever I open the CC, it tells me there is an "update" for Acrobat DC or whatever they call it. I looked at my account and confirmed that Acrobat is NOT included in my subscription of the CC. And I don't want to more than double the cost of my subscription to acquire it.
