Rasterize type changes opacity

Hi all:

I've seen this problem on PC and Mac version of Photoshop CC 2015.

I have a document with text (Arial 12px) set to black and the opacity to 60%.

When I rasterize that layer opacity increments (although the layer remains at 60% opaciy).

This is an example:

Screen Shot 2016-01-20 at 12.16.47 PM.png

The upper text is no layer pixelated and the bottom is the same text but pixelated. You can see that the latter is darker, even if it's a copy of the first layer (only rasterized)

Here are the settings for each layer

Screen Shot 2016-01-20 at 12.20.56 PM.png

Is this normal or there is a work around?

Very popular for pointers.

Nicolas

After a LOT of playing around with the settings, I found what had happened under Edit - color adjustment

Text mixture using gamma colors was created at 1.20. Now, with 1.0, this problem has been resolved

When the ethernet cable is removed and replaced network type changes to 'Public' and does not return to work when the default gateway is detected. I also have a Toshiba Tecra M10 running Window 7 Professional Service Pack 1 that initially detects the network restored as 'Public', but 'Work' once again Exchange is a connection to the default gateway. Is there a setting somewhere in the strength of the network to double check its type periodically?

    Hello

You have any other network assets wireless (specifically) running on the computer?

Have another active network connection could also cause this.

Allows us to follow the methods mentioned below and see if they help.

Method 1: Run the network troubleshooter.

When the network type gets changed to 'Public' after the cable is disconnected and reconnected. The troubleshooter should let you know if there are errors with the associated services.

    See the following article:

Using the troubleshooter from network in Windows 7:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/using-the-network-troubleshooter-in-Windows-7

    Method 2:
check if network discovery and file sharing options are enabled in the network and sharing Center.

    See the following steps:

    a. click on start toreduce this top, type network and sharing Center in the Start Search box, and then click network and sharing Center in the programs list.

    b. If network discovery is off, click the arrow to expand the section, click turn on network discoveryand then click apply.

Reduce this includes this imIf that you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click continue.

    c. If file sharing is off, click the arrow to expand the section, click turn on file sharingand then click apply.

    Collapse this includes this ima

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click continue.

Method 3: Uninstall the network drivers and then install the last set of drivers on the manufacturer's Web site and check the issue.

    See the following steps:

    (a) click Start, right click on computer.

    (b) click on properties, click on Device Manager

    (c) expand the network adapter, right click on the adapter option

    (d) click on uninstall

    (e) now go to your computer / site Web of the manufacturer of the device, download the updated drivers and install them.

  • Need help with the advanced file Type changes

Somehow all my folders of changed files option.  Instead of the folder when you click it, it opens the search.

I know where and what to change, just do not know how.  Under Tools > folder options > file types, I select "files" and click "Advanced".  Of course, it says 'find '.  I click on 'new' under 'action', I type 'open', but what should I put under "Application used to perform action:"?  It won't let me not leave the field empty.  When I looked to see how it was done in 'file', 'edit' is gray.  I tried to look on other computers, but everyone has Vista, Vista doesn't even have a tab "file type" under folder options and I couldn't find it anywhere else.

Even if you don't know the answer, if you could look to see what it says on your computer and let me know.  Like I said could not find on Vista, I am running XP.

Yes, I know that I can do a right click on the folder and open it, and that's what I do.  It really happened to be a pain in the you-know-what.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • def type change is updated to all connected controls?

    Hi all

I create one type def on a cluster in which digital, string, array, and error output will be contained. I save as type def. (*.ctl). I drag the *.ctl file to a new VI which will create a copy. Later if I change the file ctl of origin (for example to change the label of the controls inside), change will be reflected in all controls, as mentioned in the help "when you save a custom control or an indicator in a type definition, all data changes you make to the type definition affect all instances of the type definition in all the screws that use it." I wonder if this is true for all change of ownership or only for certain goods. I try, for example, to change the display format of data (e.g. scientific), change the size of controls or even replace regular inspections with silver counterpart. I found that the changes will not reflect in all instances connected.

PS after the changes, I click on 'apply changes' and save the ctl but the same result

This link might help. Try instead a definition of strict type.

  • automatic generation of array type change

For the different functions available on the table palette, there is an entry "table type".  If you right-click on the entry (on the diagram, of course) and choose Create-Constant, it creates an array of type Dbl 2D (at least it is the standard of the worksheet line to the array function).

In this particular case, I want the type of a 2d channels table.  I know I could create a table front panel control, make dragging a control in the chain and connect then this control, but rather how can I change this constant to block diagram to be string 2d?  I don't see the option available in any context menu... once again, I want to do all this in the block diagram, not the front panel.

Just enter the digital constant and pull it out of the constant matrix.

Then replace it with a string constant.

I normally just start with a blank matrix constant and place any type of constant, I need her to be inside

  • Administrator account type changed from standard

I have 2 on my pc to Setup user accounts - two of them have been "administrator."  They have now been changed to the standard.  That's happened?  Was it a Vista update that made that change?  I used the built-in Administrator account to log in and then tried to create a new administrator account or to change one of my other administrator accounts and it would not allow me to do.  What else can I do to have an administrator account.  If there is a Vista update that made the change - could you tell me what day it was.

    Thank you

You said you tried the iin built administrator account - did you mean the account designated in this procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/67567-administrator-account.html.  If this is not the case, try to use this procedure to create a new administrator account and see if it works (or use it to modify your current standard accounts administrator accounts and then return the administrator accounts.

I have not heard of this problem before and if it causes an update, others here would be announcement of similar problems and I never saw any of these positions. Still, it could be caused by an update, but it is unclear what update caused it it you can't help remembering when the problem started and tell us what updates have been installed around this time by number of KB.  If you honestly think that it is a problem of Windows Update, then you should transfer your question in Forum Windows Update: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/threads where experts in the updates wll be more that happy to help - but since you don't know when the problem started or what update or updates may be the cause It will be very difficult for them to provide recommendations (as it is here for us).

Hare done you nothing recently requiring administrative rights so that we can determiine when accounts ceased to have administrator rights? Did you all any program?  You did changes in the control panel?  Did you install any new harware or drivers of devices?  NO MATTER WHAT?  You may not go back further than you think to do a restore point that could very well solve the problem if you remember when you did a single administrator can do.  System Restore does not affect your data at all.  You just need to re - install everything you have installed, including updates between now and the restore point.  If it'snly a week or two or even three there, which is probably not so much to do - you do not install several new programs are that often you (and Windows Update will be autormatically re - install the removed updates here so no effort on your part).

Here is an article on the evolution of the types of user accounts (but you will need to log in as the built-in administrator for this to work since it can only be done by an administrator) and try the second and more advanced option and see if it works better than the normal method: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/122023-user-account-type.html.  While you are connected to the built-in Administrator account, try to do a few other features that require administrator rights to see if it actually has administrator rights itself as it should.  If you can not do all the administrative tasks with this account, then the problem is greater than it seems and we will have to refocuse on the problems of file system or hard drive corruption and we might need to do a re-install to repair/Upgrade from Vista to solve the problem.  Who can still be the case if you are unable to create admninstraror accounts or edit standard accounts to the same administrator accounts by using the built-in Administrator account

We will try to test your system and hard drive for the corrupton files (and these procedures can sometimes resolve the corruption, but not always):

Go to start / all programs / accessories / command prompt and right click on command prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are unable to do this, boot from the installation disc and select recovery and continue until you get to a screen of options, including the command line).  You may need to change the BIOS to do first the CD drive in the boot sequence to boot from the CD.  To do this, hold the screen that tells you the key F to push to enter the menu start or start of installation.  Push it quickly. Make the changes, save your work and exit.  Put the CD in the drive and reboot.  When you are prompted, press any key to boot from the CD.

If you do not have a disc, you can make a bootable recovery disk by using http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/ with burning software like: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html and, of course, a blank CD.

If you use the drive, cd to C:\Windows\System32. Type sfc/scannow, go and let it run.  It will scan and try to correct some of your system files.  If all goes well he comes complete with no corruption, it could not repair (if it has these post of corruption here or try to analyze it to find the problem or files using http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928228.  Try to put all the corrupt files here so that we can see if they can be repaired with good copies of the installation disc (unless there are too many).

While in the command line in the same directory, type chkdsk /f /r and enter and let it run.  They tried to set itself to run at the next reboot.   Answer Yes and restart to run the program.  It will scan and attempt to resolve any corruption or bad sectors on your hard drive and remove especially as a potential cause.

I hope this helps (and I am sorry if my first suggestion bother you so much - it is the most logical solution to this type of problem and works in many cases, not most of the cases - I wasn't aware of the circumstances that you revealed in your response, when I suggested it, but I think that it could still be a viable option if we can identify a reasonably recent time somehow). If this isn't the case, please post back the results of what you did and the results of the analysis that you have run and we can go from there.

    Good luck!

  • No Option of account Type change under user ID-want to change of Admin for the Standard user

Hi, we have a Vista Home Premium system.  One of the children has received this PC and they are as an administrator with no other users.  Later, I added myself as admin and wanted to change the children as a standard user account type, but there is no option to change account type under their username.  I don't want to change the names where I am the initial administrator and the new standard user are children because they already have a bunch of stuff under their original admin username.  ((1) why I do not see the option to change account type and 2) how to change their standard account type so I can use controls parents?  Thank you!

I want to tell you that if the computer has 1 account only, it will be the default Administrator account and change the standard account type will be gray.

However, you can create a new user account and set a new one as a standard account.

  • Cannot change 'Opacity' of the Clip

I have a strange problem with 11 PreE that I didn't have before. I am creating a video clip. I take four video clips, 4 minutes each, 1080 p, 24 fps shooting. They are just fundamentally different angles of the same singer in the video. I stack the clips on the other in the Prée 11. Then I cut the four clips stacked 4 to 5 slices of a second. This way I can defeat the opacity of the sections of the clips I don't want and just leave the clip I want with a full opacity. When you watch the video, the angles and the looks are changing. Who is?

The problem I have is that the 'line of control opacity', the horizontal line that lies in the middle of each clip is not admissible. When I stoop to the level below, the video remains visible. When I try to lift it up, 'glue' at the lowest level, it remains visible on the monitor.

Can anyone help me, or if you can think of a better way to accomplish what I try, please let me know.

    Thank you. Stan

    Stab

What version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what computer operating system is running?

In addition to the use of failure to stretch the video clip opacity for the clip opacity changes, you can change the opacity of the element in the Panel properties/opacity (versions 10 and earlier) or applied effects tab/Applied effects Palette/opacity Panel (versions 11, 12 and 13). Have you been there and done that and who does not work either?

You can change what the band stretch video clip. Is it possible that you put something other than the opacity? Look to the right of the title of the video file on the timeline. It shows here 'opacity '?

Please review and consider. I can provide screenshots of features if necessary.

  • Why does the integer type change the number when changing a table?

I have converted a MSSQL to Oracle 9i database using the sql developer tools.
I got almost all the questions developed, however, oracle has changed any data mssql to number integer (10,0) in oracle.
When my code performs a comparison of returned field value that fails because it compares (1 d) to 1.
When I try to change a column type, or even add a new column to a table, I select integer but oracle change number.

How can I change a data type of integer?

    Hello

Oracle is not a built-in integer data type, but it accepts integer ANSI. Just as for Oracle that is stored in any case as the user Oracle number type. Don't worry about this. Oracle know that your number is an integer. When you make comparisons just compare your number, you don't need further clarification.

  • Mode full-screen / Input Type change

    Hello

    VMWare 6.5.3 / 185404.

Windows XP Host and a guest of Windows XP.

    Computer laptop with 1920 x 1200 1440 x 900 screen and external.

Scenario: VMWare window is moved to an external monitor that is connected to the laptop via DVI and then started and commanded to go full screen.  All good until I press a button on the external monitor that ranges from input source DVI/VGA (the source of the output from another computer).  The laptop basically then detects a change in equipment, for example removed display of the system and therefore windows then is delivered correctly comments to VMWare mode window full screen on the laptop monitor and VMWare adds scroll bars as he thinks he has a 1920 x 1200 window.

Problem: I can not access then the VMWare menu of"control" that is compressed located at the top of the screen.  This means that when I press the input source on an external back to input DVI monitor that I have no way to drag the VMWare window to the outside because I can't go to the menu 'control' because it is apparently not visible when the scroll bars are present.  I have to suspend the prompt, which restores the 'normal' VMWare window mode, and gives me access to the desktop of the host where I have to say the display system that it has an external display / what size it is / and use it.  At this point, I can then drag the VMWare window to external monitor and return to the prompt and then command VMWare to go full screen.

Question: The problem is the requirement to suspend comments tobe able to exit full screen mode.  Is there a way to exit full-screen mode via the keyboard shortcut or some other method?

The default keys to switch between full screen and windowed, mode is ctrl-alt-enter.
