  If I read this correctly, you have a portable computer that do not have an operating system on it.  You try to install Vista and get the error.
  You've restarted the Vista installation?  So then you get the same error? If you have tried to install more than once and continue to receive this error, check that the laptop is capable of Vista?  You may need to check with the manufacturer of the laptop to see if it is able to support Vista.   The file PSHED. DLL is part of the component that allows hardware errors to be generated.

  Since you are unable to boot to Windows, try to run a checkdisk boot from the disk Installation of Windows Vista.

  How do you reinstall Vista, what steps did you take?

  What is a wireless keyboard?

  If this is the case, check the batteries and make sure that the keyboard is very close to the receiver (a few inches) to see if the problem resolves.

  I suggest updating your anti-virus definitions and run a fun system scan.

  You can connect another keyboard to your computer to see if it might be the fault of the keyboard?

  Welcome to the Microsoft Community and thanks for posting the question. Looks like you get the error when you try to install Windows Vista.

  After researching the error 0x8007000D code is essentially due to file corruption and a problem with the drive itself.

  Method 1:

  First check if you have scratches or dust on the disc and clean the surface and try again.

  Method 2:

  Unplug all external/usb devices before installing Windows Vista.

  If the problem persists after you perform the methods, you may need to contact the manufacturer of the computer or use another drive to install Windows Vista.
