  When exactly the problem occur?
   
  Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

  Test the issue in safe mode and check if the keyboard is blocked.
   
  Step 2:

  You have activated the NumLock feature on your system. From what I found on Acer and by turning off NumLock, you need to hold the function key 'Fn' correspondent and press the "F11". This should disable NumLock and the keys to normal. If this is not the case, look at your keyboard until you find a key with a symbol that has a number and a lock. Press and hold the function key and press the key.

  OS X 8 buttons are triggered when they are targeted and you press space on them - for the JavaFX applications and similar system.

  If you go to System Preferences | Keyboard | Keyboard shortcuts there is an option that says access to the full keyboard: all controls. JavaFX does not respect this setting, you can tab to buttons and others not on the list and the controls of textfield in a JavaFX application at any time, regardless of the value of the full keyboard access.

  b. click on 'show all' and then click 'hardware and devices'.
  c. click 'Next' and then follow the on-screen instructions.

  If this does not help, then use method 2.

  Method 2:
  Start your computer in safe mode and check the number.
