• Daily VMWare login required

  Hello CC - family,

  We want to use CC for teams on the VMWare Windows Machines for our concerthouse. The download and installation of applications was no problem at all, but unfortunately after all restart (every morning) the cc ask you a license login.

  I have read this problem in the forum but have not found a solution yet. I'm here or is there a solution doesn't not hack the system every morning the Adobe ID.

  January 31, 2016, I spent 2 hours with remote access to the Adobe technician in my computer to solve a problem that required me to login every time I opened Photoshop (case number 0187465324). I have a one year prepaid subscription. The fix worked for two weeks until today - every time I open Photoshop, so once again I have connection. I use a Windows 7 system and obviously something is not the end of Adobe. I tried all of the fixes listed in the forum and that did not help, and it is only after two hours of a tech dealing with distance, be it resolved but reappeared today. Where should I go from here?

  Did you check your anti-virus software.

  Maybe something is blocking PS when it starts up.

  There are several things happens when PS started.

  Check your list of exclusions againt the list of Task Manager and see if something is blocked.

  Turn off the screen saver locking.

  Essentially, the Panel--> customization--> screensaver--> deselect the check box 'On the CV, require logon'--> OK your way out.
   
  Your account * still * has the password if - so be sure that you won't forget it!

  I bought the creative software suit thanks to adobe and used the software since last month.

  However today, every time I open an application (muse, photoshop, illustrator...) I get a 'necessary connection' message pop up.

  I connect using my details, I get another message saying - «Thank you - creative cloud will now be permitted to...» (my email). "Click on continue enjoying the software." After I click on continue, it looks like it will open the application and then I get the original message "Sign-in" required and the process begins again?

  I tried to uninstall creative cloud and apps, restarted my mac, but none of it worked? Even tried to change my password...

  There is no way to open up the software I purchased?
