  I have a laptop TOSHIBA SATELITE P300-h-13.
  When I turn it on, it starts before blocking immediately down and then it restarts itself (twice).

  Then it freezes in THOSHIBA default start screen.
  I can't access BIOS (says it charges but nothing happens).

  I don't know why this is happening and it's really strange question that should not happen on the new laptop.

  By the way: how old is your laptop? Have you noticed this behavior from the first day?

  I had some problems with my internet and everything trying to solve this problem, somehow I uninstalled my network card and its drivers.

  After that (I reinstalled several times), unit is here, but it says in Device Manager that is activated, but when I go to the device in network settings, it says that it is diseblaed and its painted in grey (I clicked, window opens saying "enabaling"... but nothing happens after that). Also, I know that of not work beacause it does not find my home WIFI network and other devices in the House are connected to the home network. In the right corner of the screen there is red ' x'.

  Also, when I run windows repair to see what is the problem of network it says that my network card is probably bad drivers and I should change that.

  I tried a lot of drivers for broadcom 802.11n on the internet, but nothing seems to work.

  My laptop is Toshiba satellite L650-11R
  network card: broadcom 802.11n
  am on Windows 7 64 bit home edition

  Help me to find drivers or tell me how to install correctly with corect NIC drivers.

  I just bought a new laptop of Toshiba Satellite L650 with Windows 7 pre-installed. I tried to install my internet high speed wireless on the laptop, but I try to connect every time, the network status box indicates that the network cannot be identified (public network) and there is no access to the network. The thing is, the connections for the modem Wireless Manager shows that it + is + connected and this was confirmed by my internet provider - to their end, looks like I'm connected. I downloaded and installed all the drivers for the modem and the software updated and has not made a difference. I also contacted the center of support for my security software and they can't identify the problem either - I've disabled the firewall completely and it made no difference.   You're right about the windows key. You have the windows key that belongs to the original recovery image and cannot be used for activation if you try to install the version of the own BONE.

  I.ve just had my first problem with my Toshiba Satellite L650 - particularly serious, because I rely on it for all my music playback!

  Normally I can plug and on the headphone jack on my stereo, speakers cut out and I get HiFi glorious while it is inserted, and the speakers onboard bounce when I delete.
  Today, I have plugged as ususal and listened to a few songs.

  I unplugged (to move the laptop) and the internal speakers not to bounce.
  I reconnected the headphone jack and there was no sound from my stereo (finger test confirms the work of jack stereo).

  I checked all the app and the main volume - level in good health indicators were present.
  In the Device Manager, all reported correctly and counter activity took place during the test routines of the audio device for both speakers and headphones, but no real signal to the phone jack, or speakers.
  "Update drivers" who fired the message I; m to date.

  I uninstalled the drivers of "High definition Audio Device", and scanned for hardware changes after - drivers were automatically found and installed successfully, but still no sound.

  I have a windows 7, Toshiba Satellite L650 PSK1JA 0K 4017, ATI mobility Radeon HD5650 video card and I m unable to use second life (everything in the universe is a pink color) and its unusable because I need a display driver updated

  I tried the AMD site and am unable to install their drivers as they say that they are not compatible and I need to get my driver from the manufacturer (toshiba)

  I put t when drivers will be updated, but there is a workaround to install the driver AMD/ATI on Toshiba laptop. You must do so via Device Manager.

  First you need to download the driver and need to save it somewhere on the HARD drive (IE desktop). Unzip the package. Then, go to the Device Manager, choose the graphics card and choose Update driver. Now, we must choose the 2nd install option that allows you to point to the downloaded folder and choose the location where the driver must be installed.
  Then point to the driver folder saved on the desktop and the system should pick up the files automatically.
