• IPhone driver will not install in VISTA - little matter what I do!

  I spent 10 hours today trying to get my ipod touch recognized on my laptop once again online, because it does not appear in windows or itunes.  I followed all the suggestions of the apple on the drivers page and the pages of microsoft, including reinstallation of itunes, to try dozens of times to reinstall the driver.  Can I said that legacy is an ov534 of camer apollo Omnivision, when it's really an ipod touch.  No matter what I do, the driver fails.

  I don't know if you have tried the steps listed in the article. I see that you can install file USB if the phone is detected as a camera.

  There are a few things you can try to see if it helps with your recording screen saver does not question

  (1) using a Microsoft Wireless mouse? If so, look at the following KB to help

  (2) you have all the video files in the same folder as your photos? This could pose a problem, you can move the videos to another

  file and try the screensaver with your photos.

  (3) try to change your screensaver to another option, click on apply and then change to your photos. See if this will help.

  (4) end of the (ehtray.exe) process in the Task Manager. Then try running the Vista Aero display.

  "The other night Skype crashed and this error:"windows cannot find"C:\program files\skype\phone\skype.exe", I've seen other similar messages, but the solutions to those such as the abolition of Skype of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE don't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling are a complete joke. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming to try hard and if this problem is widespread I'll just remove Skype.

• pc speakers internal just stopped working little matter what I try

  I have a 1 year old Acer netbook.  Internal speakers worked fine, just stopped one day.  Everything else still works very well.  The speaker volume is set to 100%, went through the options help and realized what that said, but in vain.  It is frustratilng to not hear this, music, shopping channels, tube you, etc.  I'm not that tech savvy if need help.

• Sansa Clip + 8GB won't turn on little matter what I do

  Last weekend I have connected my Clip + to my computer (there was always a battery power) to transfer files.

  It doesn't turn on after that. For a few days, I tried several suggested corrections: resetting, leaving charge for a few hours then try to reset again without success. To add to this, it gets really hot when I connect it to my PC.

  Help would be appreciated as this is the portable multimedia player, I enjoyed even more!

  Well, even if the clip is broken, the nonstarter is a separate issue that is covered by the warranty.  I would call SanDisk to get a replacement under warranty.

• Windows Movie Maker - music is not playing little matter what I do

  I'm making a movie for my best friend for her birthday. I'm trying to use some of our favorite songs as background music. I'm going to and upload music and it is important, but when I put it in the movie and I play it, no music plays. I know that the film plays because my images in the film show the way they are supposed to. The volume on my computer is in place, and I went through all the audio levels and volume. I went upstairs, hit the clip and have a level of hihgh audio in the editing mode, I hit chronology and went to sound levels, and it is up. I even checked the properties of the songs I am trying to use, and they present themselves as a .mp3. When I went on google and other things to see what could be the problem, a page said that even if the music is in .mp3 form and other forms that work with Windows Movie Maker, they can simply not work. However, some of the songs I am using, I have used in other films I've done, and they do not work yet. So I don't understand what the problem is, and I've checked everything. Is there something that I don't check? Help, please! I really need to solve this problem, because I use movie maker for both school projects, and this movie would be amazing as a birthday gift.

  If you get the sound from your pc in other programs, the problem is not hardware. Did you of updates or Windows updates or any software installed since the last time that your audio worked? Usually, if the audio doesn't work, is it a device driver conflict. Make sure you have the updated driver for your sound card from the manufacturer's website. Also, check your device manager to see if the audio device appears normal (no yellow exclamation point). You can try to perform a check of the filesystem (CFS) to see if there are any corrupt files that Windows can correct:

  The System File Checker tool:

  To determine if the problem you are experiencing is caused by one or more system files that are used by Windows Vista, run the System File Checker tool. The System File Checker tool analyzes the system files and replaces incorrect versions of system files by using the correct versions.

  To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

  1 click on Start -> click on all programs -> click on Accessories -> - click on command prompt, Select run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue.

  2. at the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

  sfc/scannow .

  3. when the analysis is complete, test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved.

  If the problem you are experiencing started occurring recently, you can use the System Restore tool. Using this tool, you can restore the computer to an earlier point in time. The tool using System Restore may not necessarily help you determine the problem. When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

  To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

  1. click on Start, type System Restore in the Search box, and then click System Restore in the programs list. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue.

  2. in the System Restore dialog box, click choose a different restore point, and then click Next.

  3. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.

  4. click on Finish.

  The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

  Right click on the dektop > Personalize > at the bottom, select wallpaper > image location box said United colors?

  If so, click on the pointer and change to something else, like the Pitures libraries or something else > click on save when finished.

• Error, says that Firefox still works little matter what I try

  I looked around a bunch of articles help and discussions, and so far I can't get Firefox to quit to show me this error.

  I get every so often, not every time. I can't identify any consistent factor that would entail. So far I tried a new install (I deleted all FIrefox to my hard drive before reinstalling), ending the process, check the rights to default folder and delete the parent.lock file. Even after all these things, it always gives me error from time to time, maybe one out of every three times that I try to start.

  This isn't a huge problem of internet break, but it's still really frustrating. Is there anything else I can try?

  A reported possible cause use 'Clear history of Firefox closing' to clear the browsing history, so if you use this and then try to exclude from the history.

  In a few days (Tuesday) Firefox 30 comes out that has a solution for some of the causes, so that can have a lot to this new version.

  wightgal, you say everything works well now for you? If this isn't the case, I would suggest that you download Firefox from http://www.firefox.com and reinstall to make sure that you have a reliable installation.

  receive a new laserjet MFP M127FW and so far, everything works except eprint.

  IF I can get it to turn on, it only after that I reboot (power cycle) of the printer.
