  I use firefox for years to read my mail. recently, the size of the text became small and difficult to read. I would get the large text size once again, so I don't have to use the other browser. I have an att yahoo email account and subscribe at & t uverse for the internet service.

  In the toolbar is an icon that looks like a paper clip (or you can add it to the toolbar if necessary).  It is the attachment icon.  With the open email, click on the attachment icon and follow the directions to locate the file you want to attach (the picture) and then follow the directions to complete the attachment.  When you send the email, the picture will be attached for the recipient to open.  Try to use a type of current (such as .jpg) file to send the photo, so that the recipient is not troubled to convert the file to be able to see it.

• Changing Outlook to Yahoo Email Client

  I'm using my yahoo for all emails on windows 7 but when I want to send a web page link or page itself, my computer displays "outlook." I went to internet properties and programs, but windows 7 does not have a menu of "drop down" email to set Yahoo as my default pop server settings. How can I set up Yahoo for all emails?

  Make Yahoo default email involves the use of the Yahoo toolbar.  It is supposed to include a small application that puts Yahoo email as a selection to use under "Internet Properties | Programs | Email '; This section does not exist under Vista or Windows 7, it has been replaced by "Control Panel |" Default programs | Set your default programs.  The theory would be that, after installing the toolbar, Yahoo, Yahoo Mail would become selectable from the default programs as the default e-mail client.  What I've read, this does NOT happen and the Yahoo App toolbar must be updatd to accommodate both Vista and Windows 7.  Since you have an AT & T/Yahoo account, you can use Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc. using these account settings:

  I am new to the Blackberry family, and already I have a small problem. On my main screen it shows a yellow envelope with the #1 in front of it. And when I pass my message Yahoo icon, he says that I have an e-mail message to my Yahoo email account. HE DIDN'T THERE WAS NO MESSAGE. I went on my email account and all messages as read scored and I deleted all of the messages on the phone but the yellow envelope is still there.   Welcome to the forums

  There could be a hidden message somewhere in your e-mail folders. In the message list, press the menu/blackberry and 'display the folder '. Go through the files and one of them may have a hidden message. If this does not work, try a battery Pull:
  1. remove the battery while the phone is turned on
  2. wait a few seconds before inserting it again
  3. wait for the long end of the boot process (takes a few minutes usually)

  This clears most of the software problems that occur on the BlackBerry from time to time. You can also use Quickpull, a free application that simulates a battery pull without removing the battery: http://software.crackberry.com/product.asp?id=27660
  A battery pull gets lost when using the applications memory and clears minor software errors that creep over time. The blackberry is running an operating system just like your PC is running windows and battery pull is the equivalent of a reboot / restart your computer.

• Why can I not add a yahoo email account to "People" app?

  I'm trying to follow the instructions to activate the application of people to see all the contacts in my mail.  but when I try to add an account, the only choices are Hotmail, Twitter, Outlook and Google, none of which I use.  Sorry, but I use Yahoo and I'm happy with it.  So, I am correct that I can't add yahoo contacts to the people?

  I created a yahoo email link in the pane on the start page email and it works, but only to see and read the mail - I can't send mails (except in typing an address) because my contact list was not imported.  It seems so if I can only use it efficiently using the browser.  Which is OK, but not what I thought was intended... Did I something wrong?

  PPS 14/11/2012: in response to another of my posts, someone suggested the simple solution that I followed: open a GMail account, import my contacts from Yahoo to Gmail, then add the Gmail account to the accounts of persons of the Surface.  Bingo, had my Yahoo on the Surface contacts in 5 minutes!

• Cannot attach files in any email AOL, yahoo or the company. Also only shows blank page when access yahoo email.

  In any web mail program AOL, Yahoo, my companies, you cannot attach files when you compose an email. By the icon/button attach it says "no file selected" (or when you switch on it). This also happens in safe mode. The browser speed is also very slow. Once logged into my yahoo mail, I get a blank page. In the title bar, it says I have x amount of email.
