  Your question has nothing to do with iCloud. You should remove unnecessary data from your phone to free up about 10% of your phone's storage space.

  What you need to do is to right click in one of the empty spaces on the bar of navigation or the tabs on the top line and click 'Customize... "(well what it was not written with a 'z').   Please try this: right click to + after the last tab and Customize... or (Alt + V) view > toolbars > Customize. In this mode, you can move the different elements and see if the arrows are hidden behind other buttons or toolbars. Also check if the arrows are present in the mini window customize and drag them to the location back, or restore the default and check again.

  Try to provide the exact text of the message you see. "size will end or something" identifies not enough information for anyone to be able to solve the problems.
