  Download and uncompress the file in its folder.  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

  I would first go in "Device Manager" and check that there is not a question mark with "unknown device" beside him. If this is the case, highlight it and delete it, unplug your HARD drive and restart your computer.   The European driver Toshiba offer page two different drivers audio; Driver audio Conexant and ATI driver sound.

  Please check exactly the sound card, and then use the right and proper sound driver.
