Reasons why Premiere Pro CC 2014 can be system crash?

System details:

MacBook Pro retina

I7 to 2.7 GHz

16 GB of ram (13 GB allocated for first/Media Encoder)

NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M

Drive working Toshiba USB 3.0 1 TB (disk utility shows no error)

I'm trying to export a video that lasts about 5 minutes, and everytime I try, my system hangs. I had only first or Media Encoder open, so I know that other programs are not the cause. I tried to adjust puts in cache setting of mercury, compensation Media Encoder, storing caches on my scratch disk, different bitrate settings, all I can think about. There is no error report - just a gray screen and closing down after about 2 minutes of export growth. Any idea what can cause this problem? Help is very appreciated! Thank you.

Hello

This issue comes up with one project or all of them.

The graphics driver is up-to-date?

You have installed the Cuda drivers for your Nvidia graphics card.

You can try to replace the software rendering engine only mode and try again.

Thank you

It appears after maybe the first Pro CC 2014 update started to freeze while editing. It seems to happen more often with 4K material and using the Ultra key and alpha blending, but can also occur with titles of 4 K. The sequences are 23.976 1080 p, with pictures of the Sony A7S mixed (50 Mbit/s-XAVC-S/H.264) and GH4 (4 K 100 Mbit/s H.264). There are also frequent accidents with GPUFoundation.dll (mercury + CUDA). Do not freeze with only rendering software. I tried a variety of drivers when you use a Quadro 5000 without change in the behaviour of gel. I tried a new GTX 770 (own installation driver) and the behaviour of gel and GPUFoundation.dll accidents are the same, but now, even the mouse freezes. With the Quadro 5000, the entire Windows GUI would freeze (now inactive), however the mouse would move again. It seems so there are problems with the NVidia drivers and first Pro CUDA on Windows code path (application errors shouldn't be able to lock the whole GUI). GPU clock shows low GPU and GPU memory during freezing. The gels will occur when switching between clips during playback or cleaning (most often to fast clean). As a developer, it feels like a kind of semaphore lock / race condition, since during the freezing of the CPU, GPU and memory usage are very low. Additional hardware information: 12 strands 2010 MacPro, 24GO RAM Win7x64 running (with the latest updates). Side note: organization used to hang in memory to the exit, but stopped after a recent forced Microsoft Update (Agency now sometimes hangs out but cannot be suspended in memory (used to have to kill him right out of each time)). Hello, I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro CC 2014. Whenever I try to open it, it displays an error saying that "Premiere pro can't find capable video game modules". In the start screen, when it starts to load, it stucks at loading "ImporterQuickTime.prm", and then displays the error. I tried to reinstall the program, update the drivers for my graphics card, delete the Temp files, rename folders called Adobe to OldAdobe, by installing the latest version of Quick Time, and a lot more that I don't remember. Surprisingly, first works in my old PC and when I say old, is OLD, it has only 1 GB of RAM, and it still works there. The PC in which that I am trying to open it, is much better, has 4 GB of RAM and runs almost all of the games and programs like CC Flash and Photoshop CC. Please help me someone, any solution will be really appreciated. Thank you and sorry for my English .

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014 crashes when loading project file

Hi guys, any help on this is much appreciated because I have a job due in 18 hours and I'm in big trouble, if I can't solve this problem.

I was editing a project in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 (update to the latest version) and when I tried to access the same file today it gives me the error message:

' Sorry, a serious error has occurred which requires Adobe Premiere Pro stop. We will try to save your current project. »

I saved the other version files and they all seem to be working properly so I know this isn't my HD which is corrupt. In fact, my suspicion is that it has something to do with a blur effect that I use. The only problem is, I can still access the file to remove the effect that the project file does not open.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014 (8.0.1.21) crashes when you open or create a project

I just downloaded the trial for first Pro CC (2014), and the program crashes whenever I open or create a new project. Can I slowed down on the 'start-up' screen, but as soon as I open a project the program closes without warning. I have re-installed all Adobe products, I have re-installed the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 and 2013 to get new MSVCR110.dll files (which seems to be the file causing the accident), but nothing is helping. I also looked in each thread that I found on this forum and a lot of people seem to have the same problem, but nobody had got no answer for how to resolve the problem.

Anyone has an idea on what to do? According to other formatting of hard drives do not seem to solve the problem either.

After searching for hours for an answer to why I could not the first to work, I found it FINALLY. The solution was really easy and probably due something with earlier versions, I had on my computer.

I just deleted (well, renamed them so the program could not find them and developments) two records and it was these two:

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore (it is hidden by default in Windows, you need to enable the display of hidden folders to see)

Just rename their SLCache_OLD or something and then restart your computer and you're ready to go!

Everything is updated. Freshly installed Premiere Pro CC 2014 through the creative application of cloud. When I run the application, I get the initial screen with the beach ball and it never opens. Fan of my Macbook Pro goes haywire, and no other applications won't work (including the activity monitor). I have to manually, press and hold the power button & force shutdown every time.

I was going to finish some changes at home this weekend, but now I have to get back to the Office Sunday & work on my another troubled system. Therefore, on these issues with Premiere Pro. Help?

Thanks guys, but none of the recommendations has contributed with the exception of Jason on the copy of the user data on. I called Adobe tech support and while I had my head turned work something else, the guys reset some of my adobe via the Console app and Ottoman info, the app has opened. I was amazed because my technical support calls are usually long and often no fix is reached. This time, the guy slayed it. Feels good to win one!

Why Premiere Pro not to see the place to install in my Adobe Application Manager?

Please confirm what operating system you are using

If you continue Windows then go to control panel-> add and remove programs and uninstall completely the first pro then install using creative cloud.

If you use MAC OS, then go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and double-click uninstaller first Pro to uninstall completely.

If the problem is still not resolved on your computer then please use Adobe CS tool cleaner to clean the application completely. You can download the CS cleaning tool from: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

After uninstalling and cleaning it try to reinstall the software.

  • Why is-Premiere Pro CS5 slower on my system than Premiere Pro CS 4?

I just upgraded Production Premium CS4 Production Premium CS5.  Have Windows 7, 64 bit OS, 9 GB ram,

Processors Intel quad I-7 (over clocked to 2.90 ghz) 2.67 with hyperthreading.  I have nothing of any real substance

running on my system in addition to Adobe.  I've just loaded in a ton of DVC PRO HD 60 images and am editing 30 minutes

program.  Once I am in Adobe first Pro CS 5, it works quite well, everything works well in real time.  However, the time

I click away from Premiere Pro as on my desktop, then try to click back in the Premier Pro, my screen goes white, Premiere Pro says

"do not answer" in the title bar and everything freezes for a solid minute.  4 CS do not at all.  Anyone know what is happening?

    Eddiem TKS.

The goal is to help and solve problems for all parties involved so that we can all be more productive.

I never said or implied at all this:

To say there is no problem with CS 5 software is just ignorant happiness and to be honest, deteriorate distorted.

So... I'll put this another way for you then.  I will not have any issues that you and Sacha face with P2 files in particular.

They review they rank, export etc...

I have an ongoing project that has 54 GB of mxf source files.  Not a question that sounds like something that you mentioned above.

It's a lot of files or a large project... I don't know compared to your projects... but combined with mixed graphic files more seq TIFF and tgas, wavs more notice of AEFX... it certainly adds to the top in my system.

My material is not super computer. This is not even a system RAIDed.

Must report... I go really far, or, to and from something else that applications of the Adobe Suite in my Suite CS5 but often many of them are open at the same time.

I had a system glitch that caused 'go a little sleepy' apps, when left UN attended.  It was an advanced power management framework. (some what hidden)

I also have a NAS, but this isn't for editing where to.  IT has Media Junction in my configuration between suites for the file archive and transfer only.

Re: Why is-Premiere Pro CS5 slower on my system than Premiere Pro CS 4?

My experience is that I said previously.  CS5 is much faster than CS4.  I suspect that many others have a similar experience to mine.

So the question you guys are seen as being a little more unique to yourself.

    Good luck
