Reassignment of licenses in team management

How to reallocate a license?  I can't click on the topic in the FAQ.

I just have all licenses under an email and password to deploy to computers in the studio instead of assigning passwords and different names?

    We are a charity team licenses organization and plan buy CS6 or CC. The nature of perpatual we currently prefer CS6 on CC.

    However I have read with CC possible to transfer licenses between members of the team (through an online tool). This could be a big advantage, because people need licenses only at certain times and with that, we might be able to share it among team members. However, some questions remain:

    Is there such a tool online or Web site that allows for the transfer team licenses?

    -The members of the team can be in different places?

    -How many times is a possible license transfer (eg. once a month, week, etc.).

    -Is an unistall necessary in order to pass a license? Or would the tools simply refuse to start until a license is assigned again?

    Yes, creative cloud for teams comes with an administration console where it can easily be performed.  This is a very simple process.  You revoke the seat of the current user.  Their software will return to mode of trial and no longer be connected to your agreement.  Their seat is now freed up in your console to assign to another user.

    Members of the team can be in different places?

    The geographic location of your end users won't be a problem regarding the management of the console.

    How many times is a possible license transfer (eg. once a month, week, etc.).

    As often as you want, there is no restriction.

    Is an unistall necessary in order to pass a license? Or would the tools simply refuse to start until a license is assigned again?

    No uninstall required, the seat will be disabled as soon as you revoke your console.  Software of the user goes into test mode.  It can however be reactivated if you decide to redeploy to the end user even at a later date.

    Each person needs their own seat or an individual subscription.

    Not to mention that the increased storage quota the advantage of a subscription of the team is to have an administrator who manages the payment for all the seats, instead of each person entering the information of credit card for each individual subscription. Also, if the person leaves the company or school and then their paid seat can be removed and they return to a free trial account.

    Two months ago I wanted to renew my subscription - but only with license ID.

    Two month - now I need comprehensive plan of CC.

    I spoke to Adobe support yesterday and said I need to buy full CC plan - personal,

    then I'll be able to remove my Indesign license without any additional charges (for the use of only 2 months instead of 12).

    I bought full, CC, personal plan yesterday - as suggested, and now I can't cancel ID "for the teams' license...

  • License of team members failed, but now reactive and can not connect

    My guy TI has managed to miss the email that has been to our annual update of the license was cancelled today. They have made contact and all now works well in the office, but when the PC at home, I can not Illustrator to work. PS is perfect?

    Hi Jacob,

    Just to let you know I had a conversation with Pratima in support, was very helpful and solved the problem for me.

    These are the following steps that have been made to solve the problem:

    1. You must first check the host file in order to verify if there are entries from adobe. [was not this step]
    2. If Yes, then you need to remove those
    3. You can find the hosts file on location: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
    4. Then go to the location C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and rename SLCache
    5. Then go to the location: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and rename SLStore.
    6. Then launch the application by right clicking and select run as administrator.

    That's all you need to follow.

    With the support, I am now back operational.

    You have CC for the team for one seat, that you, the user also has not accepted the invitation. You do not make any access to CC that you do not send an invitation to yourself.

    You can assign United Nations Headquarters & then send an invitation to your self. You will need to accept the invitation to access CC

    You have 2 options here:

    Option 1: Create a new responsibility with a new menu (like 'Menu administrator Oracle Applications Manager') and exclude the "License Manager" of this new menu function

    Option 2: Create a new responsibility with the same menu system - system administrator GUI "Navigator Menu" administrator and exclude the "License Manager" function of the (security > responsibility > set) screen

    All, I have 2 questions

    (1) I have a host esx 3.5 in a vCenter. I used the LM Manager for the license for this 3.5. Is - the truth is that I will not see licensing in vCenter EPG Manager? Otherwise, what I do to see the 3.5 license in vCenter

    (2) my attempt to use inside of vCenter Update Manager updated the 3.5-4.0 has failed several times. Is there any file temp temporary on the server vCenter or ESX 3.5 host that I need to remove before trying to use the Update Manager again? The reason why it fails? the error message, it is my place of storage may be full, or the patch is already there

    Take a look at the license for vCenter Server 4.0 Server Configuration. Connect section vCenter Server 4.0 to a license server explains how to connect to your LM License Manager (I assume that you installed on your virtual Center 2.5 server).
