  All new computer running windows 7 64 bit, outlook and office 2007 installed, initial problems with the temporary user profiles, follow up advice and removed user profiles in the system registry and all seemed to go well.   I tried to uninstall outlook 2007 and reloading and clearing of the States of ssl in internet options, and then reset by default (as someone suggested), but it made no difference.

  Problem is when you leave the store with the new computer, nobody wants to know you if you need assistance!
