Receiving an error Code: failure of Instalation 0x8007064C trying to complete a recammended update on windows update.
It's happening for some time and I looked all over for some sort of resolution. Help, please! I use Windows XP, I recently had a virus which I removed. A lot of my memory is taken up by other programs. That's all I know to say.

Did you do a full scan with your antivirus software again? If this isn't the case, I suggest to do.
Also have you seen other instances where you could not do something or make changes because he said you have to be administrator?

You can try to run the game in compatibility mode and check if the problem persists.
Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.
