  Ok.. so... Last maybe ish around Friday, I managed to get some kind of virus/malware which took over.  Tried to remove anything but simply opted to do a reset via the useful HP Recovery Manager.

In reading some other issues that were close to mine, it dawned on me that I should check my programs and uninstall anything about CS applications (this system previously run CS4 in addition to having once installed CS5.5). I removed all Adobe products, and now the installation is on the right track. It actually was not over yet, but at least I'm in more of what looks like to be a successful installation. (If only all apps will work correctly once installed).

  You can also try to give permission for the two above mentioned registry keys. Check for multiple entries, registry keys, and give permission to all keys.

  b. click on edit and select find and type the copy and paste the registry key: {837EE547-6D3B-7124-817B-A0DDC38CDA99} and click Next.

  c. right-click on the key component and select permission.

  d. click Add, type everyone and click ok.

  e. Select group or the user name one by one and check the complete control of the area for all.

  f. click apply, click Ok.

  g. check for multiple entries for the key. If one is present, then repeat the steps above to give perimmision to all keys.

  As answered by tray, your data source SOALocalTxDataSource on weblogic console is in a suspended state.

  Connect to the weblogic console. go to--> SOALocalTxDataSource-->--> resume tab control click on sources of data and try again.
