  I have a requirement I need to display only the Session_user-specific data in the table. Scenario is that if the user belongs to a specific region should be able to see data for that specific region only.

  I think passing the session_user view query name but don't know if it of possible or not. If possible how to do this.

  If you use the ADF for authentication security, the user name is then accessible from the context of the ADF in British Colombia ADF. You can then

  1. create a view of the criteria in British Colombia ADF to a specific view

  2. set the display criteria to use a variable binding

  3. use groovy to add the value of the bind variable

  -set the type of value of 'Expression '.

  -Add adf.context.securityContext.userName

  4. go in the Module--> Application data model

  5 Select the instance of the View object

  6. press on "change."

  7. Select the view test

  If you download the example in this article: Oracle ADF: security for everyone so you see that users have a profile page containing data for the authenticated user. Sound by using the method described above

  If you do not use ADF security you can always use this approach. Instead of providing the value of the variable bind using Groovy you can run the view object using executeWithParams operation in this case, you can read the value of the authenticated user to the side view ADF. The binding variable would not be set to the Expression in this case though.

  My requirement is to filter the data for a column using command prompt. I want to show the guest as a calendar for the column. The data type for that column is "Timestamp" in the physical layer and I changed it to 'Date' data type in the MDB layer.
  
  I created a prompt and after selecting a date in the calendar, he throwed the following error
  ("' A date value was expected (received" 2010-09-01 00:00:00 "). »
  
  For a test, I used following an instruction box in the quick column:

  The Windows event recorder records the events of connection but only if logon auditing is enabled. On the flavors of Windows 7 (Windows 7 Professional and above) you can do this with the gpedit.msc Group Policy Editor. On lower versions, GPEdit is not available but can be activated with a hack. Regardless of the above, you can't enable ex post auditing.

  If you are referring to the display of the date on the start screen, then you can simply turn on live tile in a right click on the calendar app and selecting enable Live tile on. Then you should be able to see the date on the start screen of the tile appearance.

  We use Vijava to update the specific configuration of the dvportgroup seller (reconfigureDVPortgroup_Task). When we looked this error, we found below thread:

  The issue is a bad configversion.

  Using the last ConfigVersion (the real value of the ConfigVersion from the portgroup extraction) in ReconfigurePortgroup_Task worked well.

  I have same application running in places different, each with its own database (gr 10, 2). I want to find solutions to how can I change each database with the data in the other place so that my users of the application can check the status & reports based on data from other sites. There is no physical connectivity between databases in the form of network LAN or WAN.
  
  The only option, in my view, is to take backup at one location and updated at another location. But the problem is that the names of the diagrams and tables are the same on all sites, that is, the database is designed for Central connectivity to all locations. But after the design of the application, we are forced to use databases distributed without any connectivity between sites.
  
  We cannot use direct import/export or impdb/expdb because the schema name and the tables are the same in all locations.
  
  Is it possible to record/track DML statements on my specific sites with timestamp scheme so that these DML can be used as a source of data import. There are a lot of tables in my diagram so I need a solution more widespread rather than write triggers on each table.
  
  I also checked Oracle Audit and I want some sort of solution so that I can manage without the support of DBA in each location.

  This behavior is most often observed if the XML registration is missing in the system. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  a. close Windows Sidebar. To do this, right-click on the Sidebar icon in the Notification area, and then click exit.

  b. open an elevated command prompt window.

  To do:

  i. click on Start > all programs.

  II. click Accessories.

  III. right click on invite and then click run as administrator.

  c. in the command prompt window, type the following command and press ENTER:

  regsvr32 msxml3.dll

  Similarly, run these commands:

  regsvr32 scrrun.dll

  regsvr32 jscript.dll

  If the registration was successful, you will see the message DllRegisterServer in succeeded to for each executed command.

  d. open Windows Sidebar (sidebar.exe) and check if the problem is resolved.

  I'm completely stuck and moving in circles.

  I have a specific date at which I entered in a calendar object using the following:

  caltestTime.set(Calendar.YEAR,2011);
          caltestTime.set(Calendar.MONTH,5);
          caltestTime.set(Calendar.DAY_OF_MONTH,7);
          caltestTime.set(Calendar.HOUR,11);
          caltestTime.set(Calendar.MINUTE,27);
          caltestTime.set(Calendar.SECOND,00);
  

  Now I'd put this in a Date object, so I can do some running on it and then convert back to a calendar object. Is there a simple way to do this? Or is it just not possible? I would liketo finish with a Date object that represents the time as in the calendar object. Help, please.

  Calendar.setTime (Date of) sets the calendar date.

  Date d = Calendar.getTime () becomes the object of Date in the calendar.
