(Redirected) Extremely disappointed in your return policy

I thought when I bought my Dell that I could be upgraded from my Mac old Book of five years which was a huge mistake. I bought this computer for my MBA and have not properly used yet (I got it for 37 days) because I had several problems.

1. the camera has no work-Tech support added a driver that solves the problem
2 blue screen double-Tech support couldn't provide the answer
3. four minutes to load home screen - I have no idea why he took this time and I was not able to get a valid answer.

4. any function, I tried to use for opening a browser to a simple folder took more than a minute to complete.

I tried to Exchange my computer from the beginning, but I was encouraged and pushed to the first case with technical support. I work full time and I don't have 2 hours to save whenever there is a problem (was with tech support about 8 - 10 times). I ended up being on several calls with technical support, but the problems have persisted.

As I was transferred to the return service, after being transferred to several departments and having to tell my story, every time, they claimed that I was seven days after the date of return that I understood, but explained that I have had several cases, open since the first day numbers and that this should be an exception. Reason is that I followed their escalation process, and after several attempts, the issue was not fixed. I talked to a supervisor and even after that I did agree with me that their system was wrong she always makes the decision not to help me. I asked to talk to her manager and she refused.

I am extremely disappointed by their product and do not recommend to someone else. You should be able to start your computer from the moment you open the box.

    I bought some computers laptops and desktops from HP over the years but never had back none of them until my recent order.  I recently placed an order on the laptop but I found a better computer hp laptop at bestbuy, so I called and cancelled the order (only after 15 hours of the order) but HP CS rep would not let me Cancel.  She told me to just leave it delivered and return it once I received the laptop.  HP will pay for return shipping charges and give me a FULL REFUND; which means that they don't give me the refund less shipping fees.  I asked to confirm what she has told me that I will receive my full refund for my order and HP will send me a return shipping label at their cost.  If this is true what she told me, then HP has the best customer service out there.

    My question to anyone who has purchased and returned HP stuff is it is true about what the CS rep tells me?  Moreover, I get free shipping on my order if it makes a difference.  I pray for your opinion on this please.

    I have a 12 "256 GB Macbook computer and I am not at all happy with it. It is extremely slow - cannot manage basic tasks in the finder, internet shuts down constantly on it, the keys get stuck and the trackpad mess up all the time and the battery drains so fast. I'm starting to regret this change for the Macbook.

    What is the Apple return policy? I've taken it back to them once because of the battery but to their end that they "couldn't see anything unusual" but I know as a matter of face that the battery should not be draining as fast it is.

    I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the outcome of Apple / conversion of Sonos.  What really upset me, now, is that for you is completely useless.  All songs ever.  They play a minute or two and move on to the next and she finishes ever and so on until, after about 10 minutes stops just of transmission...  And yes I installed the last "fix" today who was supposed to address issues of Apple.  NOT.  And no don't tell me my network is watered as Pandora works beautifully.  At this point, I'm ready to scrap of Sonos and get some wireless speakers and run music Apple out of my Mac.  This is quite unacceptable. I don't get no no only error message "the song is not encoded correctly." when I run the error log.

    I've been using Apple music since the beta on Sonos. The same problem happened in October happened to me just yesterday. I don't know that they're going to fix it as soon as possible a lot of discussion about it on Sonos Council too. But really annoying because we love our Sonos.

  • W540 pricing and Lenovo return policy

    I ordered a W530 9 because I wanted to take advantage of a coupon deal. I discovered the new coupon is the same price and of course this expires on 16. My guess is that the price will not mount closer to the exit of the W540, more likely it could sink.

    So now I think it would be better to wait to see the price and specifications on the W540. I hope that the price will be only a few cents higher than the W530 even with the best record, but which could be was the hope of the Earth. Today I received an email saying that my purchase was set, in a second phase where the machine is to be, as well as the options that I ordered. I was told there is no guarantee that my order would be cancelled before shipped, even if the shipping date is a few days. Maybe this isn't such a bad thing.

If I love the screen and the keyboard more than what I have on my Asus W56e so I can just keep the W530. I use an external monitor for photo editing serious. It seems to be difficult to actually get hold of this model in stores selling retail, so it would be nice to actually use Photoshop on the W530 and see how it behaves. I have the Photoshop Cloud subscription. The W540 prices should be available before my 30 days are up. I'm not optomistic everyone will have tests that soon. I am tempted to ask that some of you think that the price will be, but it would probably be a real kick in the water and don't mean much.

    I thought that I would separate keyboard on the better W530 with a numeric keypad. I am an accountant, a pad is important. My Asus laptop keys are quite small, it is a 15 "screen and the numeric keypad of the keyboard. I thought a compromise of the W540 would be more touches for the W530 cpmpared, but looks like there is some space wasted on the keyboard W530 then perhaps that the keys will feel much the same. This is where it would be nice to see a review before making my decision.

    And go with the 30 days return option, Lenovo made any price adjustment if the price drops to the breast for 30 days, since the W530 will be discontinued.

    I was wondering if anyone else feels extremely dissatisfied with the product Adobe Creative cloud? My reasons for feeling like this are that I'm trying to keep my skills current and evolving in my own time and at my own expense as the company that I work only. Over the past years, I paid for courses and bought books to learn 1. To develop mobile applications using Indesign and 2. to create mobile 2D graphics along the drive. In the case of the mobile application, as soon as I learn this new skill and got my first client, adobe has decided to restrict the publication of app via indesign to single member company - me price of it and very embarrassing requiring me to have to leave my new client down. In the case of the edge, the software has now ceased development and changed dash to animate, my skills on the very expensive courses, I just took, and the books I bought redundant. Adobe has lost a large part of my money and my time and hampered the progression of my career! I am so mad and upset about this! All I want to do is develop and progress and I feel that Adobe block all my efforts!

    You are not alone.  There are people like me who have had to change careers due to abandonment of goods and changes in the software market.  If you work for yourself, then you are practically at risk in any round - keep speed with changing technology becomes almost impossible - it comes with the territory.  Your best bet is to find an employer who will provide you with an income - might not like the work, but it pays the Bills (I hope).  If you can find a job something you like then all the better.  Do not rely on something as volatile as the software for your happiness.

    Okay, so it is a mystery to me. I'm a tech guy, btw.

    The scenario: I use a little old laptop with 2 GB of RAM. Have virtual memory turned on,

    When I open several pages in a browser, it will slow down abruptly to the point where it takes 30-60 seconds

    Press the close button on a page and see my click and everything is not responding. I'm not talking about slowing down a bit,

    I want to talk about a sharp slowdown in the overall system which lasts 10 to 20 minutes, until what I managed to close some windows,

    each takes about a minute to close. Then it accelerates again.

    I checked the memory usage, and my programs use not yet 2 GB of physical RAM when this slowdown happens! But even if the

    pagefile is written it there is no way that this should make Windows so brutally fails. In addition, I have too many 4 gigs of readyboost.

    Something is very wrong with that and I'm curious as to why this phenomenon occurs and how can I solve it?

    We have a customer. They have a lot of video conferencing and some VCSes of Cisco systems. We have created two zones (Zone A and Zone B, for example) in the VCSes. If we want to avoid a videoconferencing system in area A to call other systems in the area. But they should be able to call videoconferencing systems in Zone B.
