Reduce the time of a slide FMR

Caprivate v5.5

I created a slide using FMR and the review, she wants to "speed up"... reduce the time required to play.

Is it possible to do this?

Noel

There is no way to compress the duration of a JVM on its entire length (you could do with say an object on the timeline by dragging its ends), however, you CAN change the JVM to chop bits or reduce the length of this way.  You must be careful to ONLY select portions to the stream when nothing is in motion, otherwise the effect will be not transparent.

  • Quick way to crop and reduce the resolution of a slide

I am change my Sony Full HD video from my trip abroad and integrate many of the thousand Canon 12MP photos taken by my wife at the same time I was shooting.

I found that culture to 16 x 9 and by reducing the resolution of the picture of each slide for perfect stills equal to video HD 1920 x 1080-gives exactly

16 x 9 crops and reducing the resolution in Photoshop (4) are an arduous task.

I know it is a forum of the element, but is it possible to create a macro or semi automated way to do this easily because I'm sure that a lot of video editors must have encountered the same problem?

The longest part is trying to reframe an inage of 3 x 4 exactly 16 x 9 proportions as it doesn't seem to be a way to get a different ratio fixed cropping and the minute that you adjust the height or the width change the exact ratio.

  • Change the time for all slides display?

Captivate 6, is there a way to say, "all the slides in this simulation of software have a display time of 3 seconds.  Change them all to 4? »

Please tell me that I don't have to change the time individually for each slide display...

    Thank you

    JK

It is very easy to do before the capture preferences, default, slide Defaults, duration of slide.

But it's too late. No panic please don't try this way:

    1. Select all of the slides in the film (CTRL-A after selecting a slide)
    2. Change the length of time in general, just below the quality parameters.

  • NAC: How to reduce the time of connection of client computers Windows in authentication VLAN

    Hi all

    / * Style definitions * / table. MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name: "Table Normal" "; mso-knew-rowband-size: 0; mso-knew-colband-size: 0; mso-style - noshow:yes; mso-style-priority: 99; mso-style - qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:" ";" mso-padding-alt: 0 to 5.4pt 0 to 5.4pt; mso-para-margin: 0; mso-para-margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; font-size: 11.0pt; font family: 'Calibri', 'sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-make: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-theme-make: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-make: minor-latin ;}"}

We need for the NAC Agent perform an assessment AD SSO and posture before login scripts or other processes run.  It is essential for us to delay the other process to run until after that NAC place client machines on the vlan access because these process would hang & fail while they are in the authentication vlan. One of the processes that hung & failed is the mapping of different network drives when the login scripts are executed.

    / * Style definitions * / table. MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name: "Table Normal" "; mso-knew-rowband-size: 0; mso-knew-colband-size: 0; mso-style - noshow:yes; mso-style-priority: 99; mso-style - qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:" ";" mso-padding-alt: 0 to 5.4pt 0 to 5.4pt; mso-para-margin: 0; mso-para-margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; font-size: 11.0pt; font family: 'Calibri', 'sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-make: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-theme-make: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-make: minor-latin ;}"}

We ran a script to test and discovered that the NAC Agent will not run until it fits into the task bar of the window that requires process execution window iExplorer.  However, the window iExplorer process also means the execution of many other processes that should not be executed (because they will hang & fail) until after NAC moves these client machines in the vlan access.

    / * Style definitions * / table. MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name: "Table Normal" "; mso-knew-rowband-size: 0; mso-knew-colband-size: 0; mso-style - noshow:yes; mso-style-priority: 99; mso-style - qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:" ";" mso-padding-alt: 0 to 5.4pt 0 to 5.4pt; mso-para-margin: 0; mso-para-margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; font-size: 11.0pt; font family: 'Calibri', 'sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-make: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-theme-make: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-make: minor-latin ;}"}

I need to know if it is possible to run the NAC Agent w/o it inserting itself in the system tray.  If possible, how is it done?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

    David,

Currently is not possible. NAC agent runs as a program and must operate under user credentials to be able to identify the user properly underway that would be of NAC. In later versions, there is a component of the agent service, but the SSO feature is always based on the Agent is loaded correctly. Your option is to run a script of late (detailed here: http://tinyurl.com/25d2aua ) and once this passes, then call your other scripts that do the mapping.

Also, if you experience excessive delays in the initial process of the SSO, ensure that you open all the ports that must be open, including the FRAGMENTS IP and ICMP for all your domain controllers in the unauthenticated role.

  • What is the best way to reduce the time in a WCC 11.1.1.8 to 11.1.1.9 update?

I have a requirement to get a zero down time upgrade from the COE 11.1.1.8 to 11.1.1.9 in an environment with a cluster of 6 knots. From what I see in the documentation, it can be very difficult; If someone who has done this upgrade has all the lessons learned on how to optimize in order to minimize the downtime that I would really appreciate it.

If you can afford to create a second copy of your production environment (both compute power and storage), you could be close to no interruption of service.

    (1) with your DR procedures create the second copy of your environment, and restore your data it

    (2) use the process that amey g called to upgrade the second environment

    (3) your new test environment (you'll almost have the same data, only missing will be those created/updated day after taking backup in #1).

    (4) use the archiver utility to export/import the missing data to the new system

    (5) to redirect users to the new system

It's only the steps #4 and #5 which cannot be done at the same time, and only #4 can take some significant time. If you have a large amount of data the archiver would have to be synchronized, you can consider other tools such as GoldenGate, rather than of the archive.

  • reduce the time to level 0 backup

We use Oracle 10.2.0.4.0 on Linux.

Currently, we have followed the backup strategy:

Level0 backup on Friday (it takes about 20 hours)

Leveal1 backup every day (it takes about 2 hours)

The maintenance window to deploy changes to database is from midday Saturday to Sunday lunch, which is four times a year. Now when you want to deploy in the maintenance window, Level0 backup taking so long that it consumes significant time to maintenance window. Therefore, we have very little time to deploy changes to the application in the database.

Can we have a few other backup strategy to avoid this backups for example gradually updated, so that Friday, we are able to prepare Level0 backup in less time, but we also want to have the ability to restore/recovery data back upto 7 days.

This is addressed in the next version, with backups of several sections. A good source of motivation for the upgrade to 11.x, 12.x.

If they can be individualized, what I don't see.

These features are not in the Lightroom Slideshow module. You will need to use another third party software to create these types of slideshows.

    Hi all

When I run this query, it will take more time to run it... Please suggest me... I added parallael tips... can we add advice to this request

The biggest contributor under the plan displayed is the following view inline, that is running a series on the large table EABL sweep. You might consider adding a hint of parallel, for example like this:

    (Select / * + parallel (h) * /)
    SUM (CASE WHEN h.ABLESTYP IN ('01 ', ' 02')
    THEN 1
    0 OTHERWISE
    END Customer_Meter_Reading),
    SUM (CASE WHEN h.ABLESTYP IN ('01', '02', ' 03', ' 04')
    THEN 1
    0 OTHERWISE
    END Customer_All_Meter_Reading),
    g.Anlage as Category_Anlage
    Of
    EABL h,
    EABLG g
    Where
    (h.ABLESTYP in ('01 ',' 02','03 ', ' 04')
    OR h.ISTABLART ('01', ' 02 ', ' 06', 'A', 'AR', ' it 'CL', 'CO',)
'DR', 'FE', 'GA', 'GC', 'GD', "GE", "GF", "GG", "GH", "GI", "GJ", "GN"
'GO', 'PG', 'GT', 'GU', 'GV', 'MO', 'SIR', 'P', 'PP', 'IF', 'DM', 'T'.
    'TR', 'PR', 'Q', 'IV', 'Z'))
    AND h.Mandt = g.Mandt
    AND g.ABLBELNR = h.ABLBELNR
    GROUP BY g.anlage) category

I don't know if the following two expressions are sensitive:

First of all, you need not to use a scalar subquery to evaluate this constant expression, a simple TO_CHAR (SYSDATE - 400, 'YYYYMMDD') should be sufficient
Secondly, why do you not use TO_CHAR? Is MOVE_DATE a TANK or a DATE column? If it's a DATE column (as its name suggests) then simply use trunc (SYSDATE - 400) instead of TO_CHAR (...)
Thirdly, what happens if HOKEY is not in ('1000', '2000' 3000')? Then these expressions return the NULL value which will efficiently filter on these files. What is your intention?

    AND s.move_date >-read meter opening
    (Case
    where a.cokey in ('1000 ',' 2000 ', ' 3000')
then (SELECT TO_CHAR(SYSDATE-400, 'yyyymmdd') FROM dual) - 52 WEEKS and 35 weeks ago given
    end
    )
    AND s.move_date
    (
    Case
    where a.cokey IN ('1000 ', '2000','3000 ')
then (SELECT TO_CHAR (SYSDATE, 'yyyymmdd') FROM dual) - current date
    end
    )

I don't think that it is a valid position for a tip, so I don't know what plan you make with it?

    Group
    / * + parallel (10B) * /.

  • Reduce the Rman backup time

    Dear expert;

RMAN for level 0 backup takes about 05:26 hours, size of backup is now 312 GB I activated the block check the track and it reduces the time for the additional workforce 1 of 2 hours to nearly 3 minutes.

database displays the largest storage space is "users".

I want some useful suggestions to reduce his time or is it possible to break the level 0 backup. I can assign channels, but ultimately it will take time when you take 'users' tablepace backup
For now, I take the backup on USB & his version is 2.0

    Concerning

As you take backup on a USB there is not much that can be done to improve the speed. If you are worried about the backup to slow down... then you might think that taking the backup to local drive (which would be faster and more efficient) and then move the backups from disk on USB.
This can be done in one script backup as part 2 operation.
    1) take backup on the disk.
    (2) copy the backup to USB key and delete the backups from disk.

There are many additional features that you can add to improve it commentator.

    Kind regards

  • Is there a way to SHORTEN the time of compilation

    Hey guys,.

It is extremely laborious when you book only little change in the labview project and the overall program needs to be recompiled all over again!

Need me often 30 minutes or more. He lead me almost crazy...

Is there anyone who have samilar experence and find a way to solve it, or even just shorten this boring waiting?

    Thank you very much!

    Nick

You can't really affect time itself, but you can affect how much/often it RECOMPILES.

For example this type of variable, is it used in a lot of vi? If this is some common AE, perhaps it can be divided in a couple different ones?

You can write to protect a folder which shouldn't really change and adjust the LV of "Treat read only VI as locked"

There is also a framework of LV in the .ini file that can facilitate the optimization that will reduce the time of compile/save.

  • How can I reduce reconfiguration time channel between acquisitions HAVE? Thank you

    Hello world

I need to acquire signals from sin 40 (2000 kHz) at a sampling rate of 250 kech. / s through using a daq card 6225 with its AIs. In order to achieve this sampling rate I must acquire all the samples of the first channel (something like 2000 samples), then the same thing with channel 2,... up to channel 40.  My problem is that I am wasting a lot of time (about 170 ms) whenever I move a channel because Labview reconfigures the channels.

When I move a channel to acquire samples of 2000 the only parameter that changes is the string that's all.

I tried many things with the wizard DAQ and Daqmx examples but without success.

Is there a way to reduce the time between 2 acquisitions... paramating?

    Any help would be great.

    User

If you insist on the channels one by one, you can not avoid the delay. Of course, you can capture all channels at once. The effective sampling rate would be 6.25 kech. / s, if you did all the 40 at a time.
