  Yep, I'm getting this too. Usually, a reboot of the netflix app has been around but it is annoying and wasting my time.

  Between that and other issues of netflix, I'll probably have to switch to the use of my PS3 for purposes of netflix that I was trying to avoid for convenience and energy consumption.

  I love my KDL-32EX720. I got it for 8 months with no problems. I've seen tons of movies on my Netflix and Hulu Plus accounts, listening to a radio more loose with this account and even surfing on the ' Net with her.

  A week ago I started to receive an error message when you try to connect to one of my accounts with my TV. I can still access my accounts on my PC, but get an error message that "service is not available at the moment; reference code 11 "after he tells me that my access code has expired.   Because the player is already updated with the latest version of the firmware, follow the steps below to solve the problem.

  Don't initialize any personal information.
  1. on the remote, press the HOME button.
  2. go to settings.
  3. under settings, select Reset.
  4 reset, select initialize personal information.
  5. check if the Internet videos are back.

  If the problem persists after performing the above steps, try resetting the player to factory default settings.

  A Factory Reset.
  1. to support the remote control, press the Home button.
  2. go to settings.
  3. under settings, select Reset.
  4 4 remise back to zero, select Reset to Factory Default Settings.
  5. Select all settings.
  6. If the drive turns off after the reset, just turn it on and the Easy Setup appears on the screen. But if the player does not go out only to return to the Setup Menu then go to Easy Setup. Just follow the guests on the screen to complete the initial installation of the player.
  7. check if the Internet videos are back.

• Photos only displays videos to 2013 when there are videos iOS clear in 2010.  When I try to re - import videos from my iMac, hard drive, I get a message saying that these videos are already imported, but I can't see them.

  I don't know what it is but Photos only shows videos of courses on April 22, 2013.  I have iOS videos of 2010 on my hard drive on my iMac, but cannot see them in the pictures.  When I try re - import the photos in the hard drive gives me a message saying that they are already imported but asks if I would like to import again.  If I import them once again, I can see them under import last but still do not see in all the pictures or videos.  It is across all devices.  I cannot see them on iMac Photos program, cannot see them on iCloud.com in pictures, can not see them in the pictures on any iPad (mini (3rd generation) or Air 2) or iPhone 6s.

  Any help would be great.

• Why the video service Win 8 Surface isn't there own interface instead of being called Xbox video?

  I tried to rent a movie, a Surface RT and the download has failed.  There is no way to go back and download the movie.  There was no fault on toward some sort of chat window.  The credit card has been charged BEFORE the download is complete. So I had to dispute the charge.  Worse still, I didn't have a movie to watch on a long plane ride.

  MSFT really need to UN-geek of the interface for the rental of movies and mark it as Win8 or surface video service.  Renting videos together on the Win 8 surface is very confusing and not very well thought out.
  It took me over a hourspread more 2 sessions to find the Xbox support chat window.

• OTP-S1100 does not connect to internet video service.

  Friday night, I noticed that I couldn't connect to Amazon Instant Video.  I couldn't connect to other video services as well.  I checked the system settings and I saw that the connection to the server of commissioning was not.  I did some more research and tried to place the servers DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.  This change has enabled to connect successfully to the server configuration.  However, I still could not connect to the internet video service.  I would get either the message 'check' internet connection or would get not past the first stage of the three-stage login procedure.  I tried to reset the machine and initialize customizers.  Now all I'm left with is the option to refresh the internet video services which I can't because of the unit is not able to establish a connection.  I also tried to unplug the machine for about a half hour or more and then reconnect, and it did not help.  My firmware is updated also.  I even checked my router settings and enabled the respond to pings from the internet, because it seemed to help another user, but it did not help in my situation.  I have the Sony Essentials and Playstation Network accounts.  I can't connect to the PSN account because I can't access the 'account link' option on the BDP, and I can't try to separate fact and restoring links in the Essentials because account I did not either of his choice.  All other internet devices in my house are able to connect to the internet.  I can even not Amazon Instant Video on my PS3.  Any ideas?  Is there anything, I'm missing or haven't tried?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

  I discovered that the device worked fine when connected to the modem directly, so I moved the combo modem/router to the location of the drive and changed over my home network so that all devices could connect and work.  Things seem to be working at the moment and hope they stay like that great!
