Please explain exactly how can I receive a refund if I cancel my plan from month to month? I do this because my employer has agreed to continue on his account/card payments.

    I've had cloud creative adobe for 12 months. Later, I wanted to cancel before he missed, around February of this year, but I couldn't t know how.     For future viewers on an annual membership, I recommend the cancellation of your membership prior to the anniversary date.  You can find details about the cancellation process independent, available in most regions, to cancel your creative cloud membership..

    Advice please (questions in red at the end of the post):

    Unaware of automatic renew until flow was shown in my bank statement, I asked a cancellation of the subscription and a full refund, all within 4 days of the renewal.

    Support Adviser informed me:

    "I'm sorry, there is no option to initiate the return to order renewal, restitution can only incur in the first 14 days of the purchase."

    After a session of questions / responses seemingly obtuse, the Advisor said:

    ""Well, in this case I'll make an exception and cancel the subscription with full refund. ' "

    Also, I said I had received no notification, but was informed:

    "" Yes, you must have obtained the email notification on renewal.".

    But I still can't find Adobe of automatic renewal notification.

    1 - is really an exception to Adobe renewals on refunds?

    The system calculates automatically the cancellation after 14 days according to the standard subscription terms.

    However, with the Stock promotion cancellation fees will be not processed if cancellation is made within the first month.
