Refusal to install updates CS5 design pro.

I reinstalled my design CS5 pro on a new pc, works very well. Now, I want to install the updates I remember everytime I open one of the programs. Result however in a download whenever 300 MB of data in most areas, but a refusal to install. Work on W8.1 - 64 bit.

I immagine that I need another program to install, when I need to enter the old code of CS3 in order to re - install the upgrade-license, but how? Would be glad if someone could help me...

    For a single user license, serial number is what dictates if you install an upgrade license, or a full license... the software is otherwise the same for each license.  It is more likely that you are involved with a volume license, in which case you need a special version of the software for it.

    It saddens me. I'm afraid you've been scammed. This seems to be a pirate site, selling stolen software. A clue is that she sells older versions of Acrobat to download, when Adobe stopped them. And the prices are really too good to be true.

    Hi, I had the same problem at the end gave.  I think it may be an old update that is already on my computer.  I say it's because a search on the internet revealed conversations on this subject in April. In any case unless you update you don't need not. I was hours today trying to fix it.

    The original question was never answered. I have the same problem, being owner of Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. The presented solution only addresses Acrobat X and the consequences of learning.

    I can't use Adobe Presenter due to the problem of incompatibility of Internet Explorer 9.

    I would like to mention that the work Adobe Presenter 7.0.7 fine with IE9.

    Acrobat 9 may behave differently the bit. Please try following steps: -.

    • Uninstall the presenter 7.0.6.
    • Download the installer from the Adobe website 7.0.7 presenter and install in trial mode
    • Go to (\Program Files\Adobe\Presenter 7) and go inside the AMT folder rename files AdobeConfig.xml and application.sif
    • Revive the presenter

    Presenter installer will sniff the system for a valid license of Acrobat 9 Pro Extended and will be activated automatically

    With the help of a "cat", I installed my CS5 Design Premium on my new computer.

    Everything was successful except that the bridge could not install.

    Here is the analytical error:

    Whenever I get to the install page I get an error code

    "A (20) error occurred during installation"

    Design Premium CS5 is untested in point 8.1 of Windows, so it is difficult to tell if it will work with Windows OS 8.1 or not. You can follow the article: system requirements | Design Premium to check the system requirements for the same thing.

    Also, you can follow the articles: troubleshooting installation | CS5, CS5.5 and errors in the Installation and launch journal | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC and troubleshoot accordingly to try to make it work on your computer.

    I bought CS5 Design Premium earlier for my Windows 7 computer. Long story short, this computer is now broken so I use a Windows Vista-based computer. I tried to install my CS5 Design Premium package, however it was not possible to install because it's for a computer Windows 7 x 64 and this Vista is not x 64. So I was wondering if there was any way I could download a version of CS5 Design Premium that is compatible with my Vista computer and use my serial code for this? I can't afford to buy CS6 since I don't work, so no income, and I don't want that. I just use my CS5 programs right now.

    You can try to download the trial version of the software using the link below and then use your current serial number to activate it.  I don't know that there is no differentiation between 32 vs 64-bit systems.

    I have adobe creative suite design cs5 and I'm trying to update - unfortunately, that's what I get. I am running windows 10 and I've never had any problems to install updates in the past.   • Cannot download and install the latest update in Design CS5.  Error code: U43M1D207 continues to show

    Have two copies in the CS5 Design for use on two different computers.  Now updating these copies.  Low load process seems to work but ends with a notice that "there was an error downloading this update.  Quit and try again later.  Error code: U43M1D207.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Software Acrobat 9 comes with CS5, however, both have a different serial number.

    CS5 serial number will not work for Acrobat. You can click on the link above and find the correct serial number and activate Acrobat.
