Reimage OS IDS

I read all the configurations that have been wiped out after having the reimage peripheral system IDS. In these cases, we will use the 'copy url current-config' (if I took the backup before reimage) or I need to manually reconfigure.

And I understand that, "current - Cofig" is none other than 'Running-config' and 'backup-config' is 'starting cofig' Please correct me if I'm wrong.

And the order that it should be used to save the configuration before restarting "Backup copy in progress".  right?

Software IPS is not identical to IOS. We do not have a startup-config in the IPS software as we do in the IOS.

To save the configuration, simply backup current config.

The procedure, please see my doc that explains it in detail.

  • IM reimage Windows, how can I transfare/keep all my stuff in Firefox?

    Hello, once more...

    If shortly after restoring my system to the old point, fixing a couple of things, my system has in general been hell. Many features (explorer.exe [not IE... (EVER], Adobe Flash Player, Firefox, Skype, etc.) has been freezing, then stops. So Im planing to reimage. But how can I keep all my stuff in FIrefox? IM thinking I just drag the folder of Firefox on a USB external hard drive and then I did it, but is there an easier way?

    Thank you.

    The Firefox program files are easily replaced. The important things is located in your profile folder, it in a totally different place than the Firefox program files.

  • How to remove the list of IDS online that appear when you connect

    I have several people on my computer. Whenever I start my id, a list of all the IDS that were used is displayed. I want to remove this list and actually prevent such a list to stay,

    Follow these steps to delete the recorded data (form) in a drop-down list:

    1. Click on the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop-down list
    2. Select an entry in the drop-down list with the mouse or the cursor key
      do not click with the mouse or press the Enter key
    3. Press the DELETE key (on a Mac: shift + del) to delete the highlighted entry

    You can also remove a name and a password in the password manager.

    • Tools > Options > Security: passwords: "saved passwords" > "show passwords".
  • is there a way to send my favorites to me so I can use it to restore my bookmarks if I have to reimage my computer

    I had a virus on my computer so I had to reimage, destroying everything and starting again. I lost all my favorites (Fortunately, I wrote them down before etc.). Is it possible to send me a file that contains my favorites, I can then use to recharge my favorites?

    Yes. Actually, there are dozens of ways to do it using the 3rd party addons, applications and web-based solutions. But if you want to keep things simple and just use the built-in features of Firefox:

    1. Open your bookmark manager window by going to "Bookmarks" > "Show all bookmarks" (or just press 'shift + Apple + B').
    2. At the top of the window, you will see an icon 5-point with a small symbol of recycling on her star. (See attached screenshot). Click on that and you will see five options. Both you want are: 'backup... ". " (which creates a .json file) and "export bookmarks to HTML... ". " (which creates a .html file). You can find more info on the two options (for example when using that) here: [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Backing_up_and_restoring_bookmarks_-...]
    3. Now that you have your bookmarks a portable format, you can send the file to yourself, store it in the cloud, keep a copy on a flash drive - or whatever your preferred method of file backup / redundancy.

    Hope that helps!

    On the one hand, you cannot uninstall Safari.  It comes as part of the operating system.  So, I don't know what you've done or what you think you did, but this is not that.  Could you explain more by what you mean with "I get reimage opening in a new window?  You can post a screenshot of what happens?

  • Periodic messages CAN have different periods and different arbitration through a single interface IDS.

    Is it possible to send several messages with IDS of different arbitration periodically (messages can have different periods) by simple CAN interface?

    I use CAN frame API 2.7.5.

    Not any material support retransmit material timed, so I usually stick with software programmed if calendar is not super critical.  An improved version that works with an array of broadcast signals is attached.  Each rate is assessed at the same time, and then this frame is sent, if enough time has passed.

    I looked at the help page of the ID LV2012 class property located here: http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361J-01/lvprop/gen_class_id/, but it's incomplete. For example, the RadioButtonsControl has a 72 ID and is not listed.

    Or better yet, is there a screw there that can convert an ID U32 value in the corresponding class name?

    Try this.

  • . IDS files of win me and outlook express

    I'm trying to get my emails from an old windows me computer using outlook express.  the problem is I find all these files .ids as inbox.ids instead of .dbx and windows live mail as Outlook express on windows xp recognizes as files to import.  How do I return my emails?

    Are you sure its .ids and .idx not? Older versions of Outlook Express use. IDX and. MBX files for storage. Here's how to deal with them:

    import of old idx, mbx and dbx files

  • My Outlook Express messages are saved as .ids please help

    After getting a virus tds, I tried to backup my Outlook Express messages by copying the identities under the application data folder. The problem is that in the exact folder where Outlook Express said that it stored the messages that I have 3 files with the correct names: Inbox, saved etc. but extensions are .ids NOT .dbx and the files are only about 1 KB. My Oulook Express reinstalled does not recognize these files and rename the .dbx does not help. Of course since they only about 1 KB of real data probably isn't there somehow. So even if Outlook Express has actually done this folder as folder where it was stored, is it possible that my messages were stored somewhere else, under data of demand or they are lost forever? I will state that I have no file .dbx anywhere!

    Tina.

    Do this first:

    Select Show files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

    Now, do a search and look for *.dbx

    Don't you think that all dbx files that are not part of your new message store folder? Note the location and after return.

    Thank you

    P.S. I also started a McAfee Quick Clean to remove undesirable accumulation of the computer.  He cleaned the keys to an orphan registry, internet cache, temporary files & lost file fragments.  I don't know if he has also nothing to do with the error message.

    Hello Cheeszz,

    Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft answers Forum.

    Essentially, you get the "no mapping between account names and security IDS was done" is because you now have an orphaned user account. This occurred when you deleted your old username which was still in use by the system under the name of each user name has a unique SID.

    I suggest that run you a system restore point, then you can go back to a previous point in time before you deleted the name of the user.
    Follow the article below for the establishment of a system restore procedure.

    936212 KB - how to repair the operating system and how to restore the configuration of the operating system to an earlier point in time in Windows Vista
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/936212

    You can also create a manual system restore point so that you can restore to that State in case of problems.
    Right-click on the computer icon in the desktop, then choose Properties
    In the left pane, click System Protection
    Alternatively, to directly access the System Protection tab, click Start and type SystemPropertiesProtection.exe.
    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    Click the System Protection tab and then click on create.
    In the System Protection dialog box, type a description, and then click on create.

    If you do not have a restore point system, try to see if LastKnownGood configuration might work for you.
    Click on the URL link to get help setting up the last known good configuration:

    If you want to do a Vista repair install:

    If you do not have a DVD of Microsoft Vista, borrow one from a friend.

    Read this tutorial on how to do a repair installation:

    There is no available free, legal Vista download.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Vista recovery media obtain and/or use the Partition Recovery Vista on your computer to the factory settings .
    There is no Vista free download legal available.
    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.
    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

    Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.
    They will tell you how to do this.
    Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, Acer, recovery disk/s etc).
    A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
    The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

    There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

    If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
