  I guess that you have improved your 7 to 10 of Windows Workflow, but now you want to reinstall Windows 8.1, correct?

  If you went to go back beyond the 30 day trial period, you can use the image USB, you must have created 8.1 Windows before installing Windows 10.

  IF you have not done this media, you will need to clean install Windows 8.1 with Bing.

  You can not install ordinary Windows 8.1 copy unless you buy a new key.

  Machines that accompanies Windows 8.1 no longer a sticker with a key to the subject because the key is embedded in the bios. Installing Windows 8.1 with Bing will activate when he sees the key in the bios.

  my indesign CS6 worked perfectly until yesterday afternoon, when it crashed and wont open again all of a sudden. all it says is "there are fonts missing required system or cmap files. "Reinstall indesign." Done, with the cc cleaner, but it does not work!

  works on windows 7, sp1 - never had any problems.

  everything I can find in other forums on the cs2, which is quite outdated. Why this happens to you? all my other programs of the master collection work very well!

  Okay, after a frustrating weekend, the problem seems to have resolved itself. what I did (for future applications):

  -Downloaded cs6 master collection (since I had my CD not with me)

  -install old desinstallion

  -wipe the system with the cleaning of cc adobe tool everything down

  -Restart

  -install cs6

  -same error. no chance to do anything.

  I then installed a trial version on another computer to render at least my pdf. Then I tried something new: I put the WCPA & fonts (in C:/programs/Common Files/Adobe/PDFL) from the pc to work on a USB key. When I "supported" my PDFL folder on my pc main in a zip (just in case), I gave indesign another try. Then he started upward - since it was the first time a little slower than usual, but it's on track.

  I just did a support remotely with Adobe, it was something to do with the installation of 7.2 because by doing a manual update (in other uninstall then go to v7) it seems to work now.

  Maybe something corrupt in the downloads.

  I have body v7.2 now and I'm in SG update again.

  Very weird, but I think that the problem, the lesson is that patches can be download and direct execution.

  Whenever I try to open Firefox, it only open the crash reporter. When I press "Restart Firefox", it just opened another journalist to crash. I use a PC.

  I tried all of the following characteristics, does not:

  1. reboot the computer
  2. system restore
  3. Uninstall and reinstall (done this several times)
  4 remove the Firefox installation folder
  5. try to create a new profile / use the Profile Manager using "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" - P, firefox.exe-p and firefox.exe - profilemanager - and all of this was, once again, open the crash reporter
  6 safe mode - literally impossible even to open Firefox so I don't know how I could do that

  I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Please make sure that you back up.

  4. Click first aid icon in the toolbar. Wait until the button is active, then click it.
  5. Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.
  6. Select Reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  If the foregoing is not successful, then will need to follow these steps, but make sure that you have backed up your files because you will be erasing the SSD:

  That's the strange thing, FF has been installed and configured as the default Internet browser. Later, I downloaded Chrome and had the same problem. The solution I found was to restore my system to an earlier date, I think maybe a virus, who knows... But I got it working now!

• FP crashing in IE and FF; Reinstall does not help not

  Windows 7 64 - Bit on a Dell laptop for 2 years (Studio 1745).

  During the past year, I had the following problem: each player from time to time flash will decide to stop working and will break in IE and Firefox.  The browser freezes for about 30 seconds, then the message "Flash Player broke down" "send a crash report" appears.   My standard solution for fixing this is:

  -run a standalone uninstall

  -Delete everything in appdata/roaming/adobe

  -Delete everything in appdata/roaming/macromedia

  -delete c:/windows/syswow64/c:\windows\system32\macromed

  -Reinstall the current version (separately for each browser, sometimes as a plugin for FF)

  Most of the time this could fix things; Sometimes I have to do two or three times but in the end everything would work.  I could watch youtube videos, play games on kongregate, and teach an online course that uses flash.

  It crashed this morning (when using gmail work, something I do every day) and reinstall does not work.

  I've tried a few things.  I could see the animation on http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/, and from there I was able to disable hardware acceleration.  That did not help.  I thought that Firefox can be something weird with it, so I reinstalled firefox, no luck.  I tried rather install a debug build: 10,2,159,1.  This still crashes things.  I have not yet tried to roll back to, say, Flash Player 9, but this seems to be a rather extreme solution as something else is clearly wrong.

  Any ideas/thoughts would be welcome.  Memory problem? Video drivers? I'll try anything at this point.

  Yes, confirm this answer of philipp is correct for this problem, the problem is the graphics card intel hd3000 with an old driver current, the easy way is to disable hardware acceleration,... to be honest... I think that workaround and lose all the benefits of hardware acceleration.

  Flash does not work on some web sites. I never had a problem before with flash on FF in the nearly 15 years that I've used FF. Recently it has stopped working for some reason any and on some flash sites does not, NHL.com and site of kid Herotopia being just two of them. What is strange, is that I can't set the local storage for flash either.   The other strange thing is that I used to get the "warning: script does not" prompt that displays "a script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding." You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script ends. "sometimes when I would buy on Macy's.com. This is the only site that it happened.
  I know I have only little technical knowledge, but I have tried to figure this out for a few days and do not know what is happening. The only thing I can think is that I somewhere files corrupted causing this problem. I have just updated to Windows 8.1 tonight in the hope that can help, but nothing helped. I would be very disappointing if I couldn't use FF or must go back using Chrome and FF.

I had to remove the program, remove the Preferences folder in Appdata, then click on registry local machine > software > mozilla and then delete the registry keys. There are three folders, I don't remember the exact name, but they all began with Mozilla. Once I did, I rebooted and reinstalled. Now it works...
