  First run delete print jobs to remove stuck print Job (s) of the queue. A print job blocked can cause many problems, even if you uninstall / reinstall a printer.

  Restart your computer.

  Make sure that the pritner is not plugged usb cable.

  Start, Panel, programs and features, your printer, uninstall

  Looks like you need to update the firmware on your printer, as web services has not been added to a newer firmware version.

  To do this, you will need to download the updated firmware from HP LaserJet utility.

  Run that program and it will install the latest version of the firmware on your printer. After you do this, go back to printing EWS by putting the printers IP address in the browser address bar.   Welcome to the HP Support forums. I appreciate that you try to configure the printer Deskjet Ink Advantage 3525 ePrint feature.

  The printer must be connected to a wireless network with internet access to be able to use ePrint to the printer (as shown on the homepage of HP ePrintCenter).  If the 3G dongle you use broadcasts a wireless network then you should be able to connect the printer to the network.  However, if the 3G dongle goes with you then the printer wireless connection would be lost and web services would stop until the printer is connected to a wireless network with internet access again.

  If you connect the printer to a wireless network with internet access you can find the ePrint printer e-mail address by following the steps to get the printer application Code.

  No, I wouldn't delete all of the files in your windows directory. It seems that you have a few problems of operating system on this computer. If you are unable to install the printer after you perform the steps of scrub provided in the Message 2 of 8 then you will need to back up your data files on this computer, and then run a full system recovery. This will place the PC to the way it was when you bought it. After recovery finished, install the printer before installing any additional software.

  This looks more like a bad USB cable or bad printer.

  Hi, I would like to try and answer your questions to the best of my ability:

  With the printed file you want displayed in the app, you must see the details of the printer at the bottom of the screen on your device. If the printer you want to print to is not presented, you can press the arrow to the right of the name of the printer and then select the printer at the top of the next screen. It will automatically search and find printers available on your network. Choose the printer you wish to print and it will update the printer selected at the time of printing. I've included a few screen shots of what it will look like

  Unfortunately, it is not possible to print on the 8500 email. The printer must have the ability of ePrint in order to be able to do this.

• Cannot change the ePrint Android app paper type when printing photos

  I have the app installed on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) Android ePrint mobile and have a 7520 Photosmart printer at home.

  When I'm at home, I see the same printer mentioned twice of the ePrint app, once via ePrint (with the printer shown e-mail address) mobile on my phone and the other wireless (with IP address).

  If I were to print a picture from the application mobile ePrint, if I select my printer via a wireless connection, I see the option to change the type of paper, i.e. the plain paper or paper photo; But if I select the printer even via ePrint, the ability to change paper type no longer appears in the application.

  When I travel, I do not see my printer via ePrint and I can't print a photo on from regular paper because of the absence of the option "document type." However, if I were to print a document via ePrint mobile application, the ability to change paper type appears.

  So to summarize:

  (1) mobile ePrint app photo wireless print - option "paper type" is present;

  (2) photo of ePrint mobile printing app via ePrint - option "paper type" is absent;

  (2) document of ePrint mobile printing app via ePrint - option "paper type" is present.

  This may be by design, correct?

  You're right, this is normal. This is due to the method of communication used. When you use the application printing via ePrint, it sends information by e-mail and limits the options available.

I tried to delete the printer in system preferences, turn off the printer, removing the duplexer, put it back in place, turn on the printer, reinstall the printer in system preferences. Does not help. I still can't get the selections for double-sided printing.

  Also, please make sure the accessory of the duplexer enabled in the settings of the print queue:

  1. Open the system preferences
  2. Go to print & fax.
  3. Open the print queue of your printer by double clicking its name.
  4. Click printer setup
  5. Ring the driver tab.
  6. Make sure that the box next to HP printing accessory two-sided (duplex unit) .
