Reinstallation of HP software

Hello

I have a HP Envy dv7 7332ea with almost two years left the extended warranty.

My USB 2.0, two of my four speakers and subwoofer have stopped working. They are not visible in the acoustic Panel or in the Device Manager and the test of its BIOS comes with a pass.

There was also problems of speed and I need the laptop for work so I called and advised the addition of SSD for my second Bay would not affect my warranty as long as I do not get rid of the original HARD disk.

I created the 120 GB SSD in the primary and the original 1 TB of HARD drive Bay in the secondary Bay. So far so good.

The OEM windows operating system 8 wouldn't install on the new SSD because the size of the GB is different. I do not get rid of the partition, which is safe on the HARD drive. Instead, I installed a copy the retail windows 8.1. The SSD now works at incredible speeds and HARD drive is too thin. But the finger print swipw and HP simple pass no longer work!

There are questions here

1. with the local total Healthcare Center closed how can I do to get my USB speakers and subwoofer low fixed under warranty?

2. what should I do to get my Simplepass to work with the copy of the sale victory retail 8.1?

    So what happened to the original hard drive? In fact, I used to have a phone of this series of model HP loaned me to facilitate my work here. Through the Forum, I learned to roll the date in BIOS to January 14, 2014 and then do the restore. In the process, the date resets, but once I did I have no more problems. The 320 GB drive should be sufficient in size to contain a HP recovery.

  • Ligthroom CC trial has expired and I decided to keep my old LR5 (problems with the reinstallation of the software)

    I did install the trial of Lightroom CC and now the trial has expired and I decided to stay with my LR5 but I can't access the develop module to work on my photos. What should do?

    If the develop module is disabled, you have installed the version creative cloud. It must be removed. You can install the 5.7.1 update this link: updates

    Lightroom 5.7.1 was the last update for Lightroom 5. You might as well go ahead and install rather than a previous update.

  • The Apple software update will not install updates

    Here is the cure:
    Probably a good idea to go to Toshiba and download the latest version of the software for the camera to your computer. Do not open this software. Go to the control panel and remove the existing camera Assistant software. Open the Kaspersky software and click settings then click threats and exclusions under the Options tab. Click on the zone of confidence. Click on approved Applications. If CEC_MAIN.exe exists, delete it. Restart the computer.
    May be a good idea to delete your internet cable because we do a right-click on the Kaspersky shortcut and click PROTECTION of PAUSE. This is a must! Probably best to set for a 10 minute break. Close this menu and then open Kaspersky. Go to settings > threats and Exclusions > Trusted Zones > objects > Add + > and type in manually or copy and paste the following text exactly as shown below:

    C:\Program Camera Assistant Software for Toshiba\CEC_MAIN.exe

    exclusionary rules, to allow CEC_Main.exe to be a trusted application. Then reinstall the software assistant camera. Kaspersky should always be in pause mode, but will let you know maybe CEC_MAIN.exe to contain a virus.
    Ignore, but look for the option on this same screen that will allow you to add this as a trusted application. It's the key to this... Kaspersky should be paused during the reinstallation of the software. Once you tell Kaspersky to add this as a trusted application, your installation should be completed. REBOOT and the problem is over.

    This has caused me a lot of hours of installation / reinstallation of the software only to have it crash in the middle of the installation.

    I'm going to upgrade my computer: new mother/CPU/RAM card and I wonder if there will be problems with my Adobe programs. I have the CS4 Master Collection and installed Lightroom 3.

    I put t know exactly why the Win DVD hangs but especially something like that could be linked to the software files corrupt or confused.

    I think that the best solution might be the reinstallation of WinDVD software.

    Do you use the preinstalled WinDVD?
    If Yes, then you need to run the recovery CD because the WinDVD is a part of the image of Toshiba which is placed on the recovery CD.

    I got a Satellite A300D and had to re - install a new version of the OS.
    I removed the German language of MS Vista pre-installed and language 32 bit MS Vista Business ed. ENGLISH Version installed.
    Installation was fine, that the software works correctly except for the ATI driver and the ATI Catalyst Control Center (CCC).

    I downloaded the latest version of the drivers ATI and CCC for this laptop.
    Once the Toshiba page but also from ATI directly, nothing helps.

    Symptoms:
    Laptop is used with a docking station (although it does not matter for this issue!)

    -by opening and closing the cover of the display of an error message appears on the screen telling me, the graphic driver works correctly.

    -SKYPE VoIP: The opposite user can see me, but I do not see the video images of the person I call.
    Even in Windows Skype video configuration, it doesn't show me a video image from my camera.
    -Opening of a PDF with Adobe Reader works fine. To open a second PDF next to her brings a problem and I can't see the content. It freezes the window type. If you move the reader I'm moving the actual content of the office but can not see the contents of the PDF...

    The ATI CCC is owned by the graphics driver. So, as I've suggested above; Try reinstalling the driver!

    If the other person you can see via webcam then that would mean that your webcam works fine! You may need to reconfigure the Skype!

    This could be a problem for Adobe, so the first step should be a reinstallation of the software.
    Then follow the same procedure as described above. remove the software acrobat reader, restart, clean operating system using the CCLeaner, reboot, reinstall the software Acrobat reader again.

    I'm in the United States running a dynadock nearly flawless for almost a year on a Tecra M6 running XP Pro with a Dynadock DVI and I have exactly the same problem. That bs about installation and reinstallation absolutely does NOT work. I was wondering if you understood what was the cause. Toshiba has been useless so far. It seems that nothing posted on this at all. More being a common corruption. I'm guessing that the deinstall for 2.3 C routine leaves some old files of versions prior to the conflict with the update.

    Hope you have a few ideas.

    I presume that you questions is caused by corrupt software because of the registry entries or some system files
    In my eyes a new facility should help, but the question is whether only a reinstallation of the software dynadock will help or maybe it could be necessary to reinstall the OS too

    First, you must remove the old dydnadock software. All parts must be removed!
    Then restart the laptop and clean the operating system and the register using the free CCleaner.

    After a second reboot you can try to perform the installation of the new download software dynadock.
