  Log in via the main Office Manager, not the individual applications, in order to uninstall then reinstall individual applications should not affect the 2 connection limit unless you uninstall both Office Manager.  If you uninstall the Desktop Manager then you should log out before doing so.

  Illustrator CC had questions so I uninstalled it. Now I'm trying to reinstall it on my Windows computer and my account says I already have it and won't let me not reinstall the program.   There is no way around the vacuum in such a case, and you're wrong, in any case. the vacuum cleaner does not erase programs, he simply deletes locakges in the Installer database. the programs will simply disappear from the creative cloud app, but won functional otherwise.

  Recently, I downloaded and installed illustrator by cloud service from Adobe, Adobe Application Manager. Everything worked well. I managed to use it for a while. Then, about a day later my computer crash while doing something completely unrelated. It is not uncommon for the failed computer. So now im stuck. I have no idea what to do next. I would be very grateful if anyone knew how to solve my problem.

  Or from the tab versions in the app management CC using the CC Office management application, you should be able to go to the top gear icon on the right. Find the Illustrator set up and that there should be an option of previous Versions that you can develop.

  Or go to your console CC > menu APPS, then scroll down to find additional applications and the right to it see you blue text (probably all applications.) and choice of menu, open it and jump a little below in black letters menu (video, etc.) there is a blue line SEE the PREVIOUS VERSIONS, click on it, you will see the names of all the software without number , click on install and you will see all earlier versions to install according to your choice.

  I have creative cloud, when I got it I downloaded Illustrator, but wasn't using it so well deleted to free up space on my laptop, but now I need it and can't seem to re - download. When I launch the Application Manager (from my Mac applications folder) it is said Illustrator is "up-to-date" and there is no option to download.

  Can anyone help? I have a desperate need to convert an eps and a tight schedule!
