Reinstalling windows xp with the multiboot warning message

I am re - install windows xp (and Yes, this is my last resort total)... I have a blue screen with a warning message, asking what partition I want to install on, warning me of MULTIBOOT, what should I do?

If you have nothing on your C drive, which is the first option, you must go to select drive C to install windows...

  • How to reinstall Windows 8 with the upgrade product key

I bought a Windows 7 laptop and then bought the upgrade of Windows 8. on the online store of Windows. The hard drive of the laptop has been altered somehow and both the partition of Windows 8 and Windows 7 recovery partition no longer works.

When I try to create a USB Windows 8 key install it does not accept the product key that I paid for. I can't reinstall Windows 7, so how can I reinstall Windows 8 on the laptop.

    Hello

Try saving it in a an ISO Image... You can then put it on a flash or DVD later...

Make sure that you try to download Win 8 and not earn 8.1...

You will always have problems well... even if you manage to get the picture, it will take an existing operating system on the machine.

You may have to buy Win 7 media the manufacturer of machines, if they are still available...

The price is usually quite reasonable, less with most manufacturers charge about US $20

According to the description of the problem, the Windows Vista 32 system file has been replaced. You want to reinstall Windows Vista.

Write to us with the following information.

    (1) what makes say you that your System 32 file has been replaced?
    (2) do you have any third-party antivirus or security software installed on your computer?

    (3) have tried to remove the virus?

I want to suggest to follow the troubleshooting methods listed here.

    Run Microsoft Safety scanner.

I also suggest that you scan your computer with the Microsoft Security Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware and other malicious software.

The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

  • Problem with the MDB warning messages layer.

    Hello

I modeled with the following tables in MDB layer.
Dimension of table: country, departments, regions, communities, employees, jobs, history of the work
Fact table: facts of HR (columns measured as salary, salary max, min salary, commission)

The model is compatible with the following warnings:

Logical dimension PARTS table has a source of REGIONS which do not adhere to any source of fact.
Logical dimension DEPARTMENTS table has a source DEPARTMENTS that do not adhere to any source of fact.
Logical dimension COUNTRY table has a source from COUNTRIES that do not adhere to any source of fact.
Logical dimension LOCATIONS table has a source LOCATIONS that do not adhere to any source of fact.

and also in the answers (presentation services) section, that I could not able to view the data, it gives the following error (when I try to display the field values of NAME of REGION)

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error occurred. [nQSError: 14026] Unable to navigate the requested term: REGIONS. REGION_NAME. Correct metadata consistency warnings. (HY000).

I couldn't able to trace the problem where exactly should be fixed.

    concerning
    Chandra Khalil.

The reason why you are getting the result today is that alteast now is an indirect join between employees (salary containining table column) and the table Region (properties, regionName containing table column). i.e. through departments and situation Contries. If you can get out the physical sql and verify a query (for the report that contains columns of the region and salary), you will notice that the region and employees aren't the only paintings recovered in the query. Here, even the other paintings Department, city and country are included in the clause to provide appropriate data. It makes sense because if you manually really want to write the query to obtain details of salary and the region, you will need to include all of these paintings in your from clause.

  • Lost password administrator somehow. Tried to reinstall Windows XP with the CD without success. Want to know how to get around the password requirement.

Cannot start; or work from the recovery console because of the lack of administrator password.  There were periodic crashes which led me to try reinstalling XP.  Now I'm stuck when I get to the password requirement in the Recovery Console.  As you can tell, I'm not computer literate, but can follow written instructions on how to recover from this.  Also, would like to know how to recover my files and programs if they are not lost; or how to determine if they are.

    gchtm5,
Thanks for posting with us.  If you no longer have the administrator password you can perform a parallel installation so that your data will not be lost.  However, you will need to reinstall your programs.  This link covers the different installation options.

    Hi depreciated,

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft community!

If I understand correctly, you receive a warning to install the update, even if it has already been installed. I'll try to help you the question.

    (1) did you make any changes before the show?

The update that you are warned with seems to be question of the .net framework. I have you provided the link that will repair your .net framework.

  • Can I format HARD drive and reinstall Windows 7 on the Qosmio F60 without CD

I think my hard drive is faulty on my F60 Quosmio so I want to reformat the hard drive to see if that will fix it. But I don't have the original packaging and the information with me at the moment so I don't know if it came with a windows 7 CD or not. Whatever it is, I don't have the CD.

I found on the net that most manufacturer who deliver without CD include a "recovery partition" or "factory image partition" which you can access during startup. Anyone know if the F60 Quosmio comes with a CD or if she has this recovery partition or partition image factory? Or do you know if there is a way I can check if my computer is it?

If you have more information about the formatting of the hard drive and reinstall windows 7 without the CD please let me know.

    Thank you.

The laptop came with a Windows disc, because there is a Toshiba recovery disc Creator called tool which create the recovery disk.

The recovery partition was available and it allows you to recover the laptop without the use of the recovery disk, but it does not work if the HARD drive has failed.

Here's a nice HowTo on HARD drive recovery

So, if you n t have a recovery disc and can not recovery Notepad using HARD drive recovery, then you have two options:
-You will order a new recovery disk
-You must install Windows operating system using a disc of Microsoft
