  Did you try run the commands in elevated command prompt?

  Open an elevated command prompt. Run:

  To open a command prompt, click Start and type CMD. Right click on the entry that appears in the menu and choose "Run as Administrator". Click on continue in the UAC dialog box. You must use this mode for these commands to work correctly.

  ipconfig/release
  ipconfig/flushdns
  ipconfig / renew

  If this does not work, method 1: turn off firewall

  Make sure that there are no firewalls, and that Windows Vista Internet Firewall or Windows Firewall is disabled.

  Method 2: Update or reinstall the driver.

  Here are the steps to reinstall the network card:

  1. launch Device Manager.

  2. in the left pane of Device Manager, open the node that represents the type of device you want to uninstall, and then right click on the input of the unit.

  3. in the shortcut menu, click Uninstall.

  4. in the dialog box confirm the device removal , click OK to start the uninstall process.
