  Hello! I have a problem with some of my creative Cloud programs install. So the thing is I'm working with a Windows 10 operating system and I have tried several times to download Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, but it doesn't always let me. Premiere Pro appears as "up-to-date" but with no button to open - it is not on the programs on my computer! And with After Effects, it seems just constantly with the ' we have a problem, please come back later "without giving any code error or something like that. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall all my creative cloud Adobe programs and even the creative application of the Cloud itself. It just keeps ennuyer bored with this, could you please tell me how to fix? Or has anyone of you had the same problem before? I hope you can help! Good day!

  2 have you installed the program before this computer? Is it compatible with Windows 7?

  From what I was told by an employee, newer than 10.7 Mac must subscribe in the cloud instead of buy CS6... and someone with Win10 must also subscribe to the cloud for CS6 is not compatible (meaning that the seller will ask you your operating system and not sell you CS6 if she does not work on your computer...   Hi, whenever I open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I get this error message:

  "AcroCEF.exe - Application error.

  "The application could not start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application. »

  If I click on it several times, it disappears. If I try to save a file that I open, I get the error message and there is no evidence in the record window.

  It's a Windows 7 32-bit machine and the Acrobat DC 2015.009.20071 version, which is apparently the latest version.

  I tried a few solutions limited help, that I found online, but nothing seems to work.

  AcroCEF.exe call services in line with Acrobat. If you experience this problem even after unchecking the options of storage for opening & save a PDF file to the cloud and then try to reinstall the application after you have removed using Acrobat cleaning tool.

  I bought another Apple, another MacBook Pro computer. I downloaded creative Cloud applications (PP 6.02, Media Encoder, etc..) I downloaded the Media Encoder 'fix'. I have a portable media player which I can move. On the old computer it plays very well. On the NEW computer, about a third of the stuff is offline.  I studied and all the stuff off line was originally encoded with Final Cut Pro 7.03. It is said to page 43 of Adobe first Pro CS6 Classroom in a Book that "it is better to use Final Cut Pro to import your media." I tried plugging it back in, and the error message says "codec missing or inaccessible."  Help!

  Same thing happened when I was using CS4.  I asked a solution in 2012 and there is no solution. I was hoping that maybe someone could not help.

  I discovered a workaround solution: I can copy the .mov that I need on my C: drive and P. Pro will import the .mov without problem.

  It would be great not to have workaround.  Wonder why it works one way n not the other.

  I assumed that you change something by exporting the file.

  I got a NVIDIA FX 3800 in my machine and today I installed a new improved NVIDIA K4000 card.  The K4000 is an Adobe approved card.  Affect when I go into Preferences, previews, I get the following: "GPU device driver or view not available-incompatible". In Premiere Pro, I get this message when opening;  "This project last used with Mercury Playback Engine GPU (CUDA) which is not available on this system accleceration."  Software playback engine only Mercury will be used. »

  I downloaded the latest drivers from NVIDIA and called several times and they have no solution.  I was not able to find a solution on the Adobe Web site.

  My next step will be to uninstall the K4000 and substituting my FX3800 old and slow.

  Your GPU isn't on the list of those who provide CUDA features for CS6 application versions.
