When I go to Troubleshooting Information and click on file/Show profile, it comes up with a list of files (files starting with bookmarkbackups, which however is empty, down for webapps, which has the file inside webapps.json), then the files from addons.json down through xulstore.json and the file places.sqlite is 10 240 KB Although there is something in there, but Firefox resolutely refuses to acknowledge my profile, bookmarks, etc..

  I'm out of options and ripping my hair out trying to get all my favorites, in which I have a lot of information such as the authentication of data for many favorite sites. It is frustrating that all the information seems to be there, but Firefox ignore all.

  Such a backup is perhaps a ZIP archive containing all the files into it if it is not a real file, but only one file.

  Note is that you replace the file places.sqlite with a copy of the backup that you have to make sure to remove existing places.sqlite - shm and temporary files to SQLite places.sqlite - wal.
  Ditto for the other SQLite files that you are restoring.

  Have you checked the application.ini file in the backup?

  If you cannot uninstall the Service Pack, you can not do a repair install with your Microsoft Vista DVD that you used initially.

  Back up your data > reinstall Vista > reinstall your programs left 3rd and copy your data to the new operating system.

  Try to locate your data from outlook express:

  Click on start-> Run & paste-> %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities

  Basically, you need to update 10.6.8 via control panel software update from the system preferences or Apple's Support site, and then either download El Capitan from the Mac App Store or click the purchases tab and redownload a BONE you obtained previously.

  I have a 114 G20 with two drives hard sata 100 GB and recently reinstalled my operating system. The way I put in place, it is that I have XP MCE and all programs on a drive (drive C) and all my documents and given the other drive (drive D).

  My money is on the patch Microsoft held for the same problem on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or the disk hard diagnosis showing an imminent failure. There is a thread on the issue in the Microsoft Windows Server forums. I have gottten this information for you earlier, but I had to download and reload symbols for my degugger of Windows file run the dump file. You have certainly provided enough dump files.

  There is no activation condition in Windows 98 (activation only introduced with Windows XP).

  You need the original key - probably on the COA sticker on the case of the machine.

  Hi all.  I'm working on an Acer e1 - 472p with Windows 8.1.  Swapped the hard drive to SSD and added the 4 GB of RAM.  After a lot of creoles (including going to Legacy mode BIOS), I had loaded operating system.  As expected, it turned on fine since licenses comes the material of our days (not hand-typed not a key).  I would like to turn on UEFI.  I changed the default BIOS settings, saved and reloaded, only to be greeted with operating system not found.  I googled this and several possible solutions came.  Given that all screws and all the cables in water are back in place, is - can anyone recommend some things safe to try?  Note: can still enter for Windows and changes in traditional way.

  I think, if I'm not mistaken (although you have the HP Mini is still unknown) you can turn off the machine, turn it on and start typing "F11" once per second as soon as you turn it on.  Then, you should get a menu and one of the options should be "System Recovery" - or it may simply start.

  Or - if this does not work:
  Order of the recovery disc for Windows 7, Vista or XP
