Relocation of CC on a PC crashed, where I couldn't deactivate my license.

My PC crashed and I wasn't able to disable my installation. I reinstall and need to know that I will not be charged for an additional license.

Hi Eddievelez66,

I would like to inform that you can install and activate creative cloud on two computers desktop applications, regardless of the operating system, for the individual associated with the composition of the creative cloud.

Similarly, if you have more than two computers, you are allowed to install Creative.adobe.com on a third device, but you will need to disable the software on one of the others before you can activate the creative cloud on the third. You can reactivate at any time as long as another feature is enabled

For more information please visit http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html

Thank you!

Our office has 10 licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro.  One of our computers crashed so we want to deactivate the license and reinstall on a new computer.  How can we check the serial number on Acrobat Pro installed on each computer to determine what serial number is now unused?  I don't want to die with the computer software

    Hi John,.

It is not possible to disable the license from one computer crashed or possible to check which serial number has been used on computer because they are encrypted.

A retail license is good to be installed on 2 machines. I checked your account and found 4 different serial numbers of Acrobat registered for your account.

It is always suggested to buy a volume license, if you have more than 2 machines instead of buy 4 different serial numbers.

I checked all the serial numbers entered and you have sufficient activation count remaining to cover all your machines.

    Kind regards

  • Where can I buy a professional license of 64-bit Windows 7 online

    Hello

Where can I buy a professional license of 64-bit Windows 7 online?

I saw this site, but I don't know if that is legitimate:

    http://www.microsoftproductkeys.com/Windows-7-Professional-SP1-p-69.html

Can someone give me some resources for legit stores I can buy this?

    Thank you

This web site is not legitimate.

Because Windows 7 is in limited stock because Microsoft ended sales in October 2013, this created demand due to its rarity. This means the retail boxed copies request a bonus, while the OEM System Builder copies remain affordable.

    Full version (retail):

-Includes the rights of transfer to another computer.
-Does not require a qualifying earlier version of Windows.
    -Expensive

    Upgrade version (detail):

-Includes the rights of transfer to another computer.
-require a qualifying earlier version of Windows.
-Expensive, but less expensive full version

    OEM System Builder version:

The OEM of Windows 7 versions are identical to the versions commercial full license with the following exception:
-OEM versions don't offer any free direct support from Microsoft technical support Microsoft
-OEM Licenses are tied to the computer first you install and activate it on
-OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard
-OEM versions does not move directly from an older Windows operating system

There is nothing wrong to use it too, especially that all future versions of Windows will be full versions.

  • I got my MAC computer crash and need to move my PS license to another Mac. How can I do this?

I have three licenses or PS I bought. I have a license to MAC that is stuck on a MAC that has crashed. How can I transfer the license to another MAC? And is it possible to change my Win licenses to MAC licenses?

Whether or not you can license (s) the software on another machine depends on which type of license you have.  If you have 3 single user licenses, each of them supports have two active facilities, and you can contact the Adobe Support via chat and ask them to reset the activation if you need to recover that which is lost/inaccessible.  You should be able to install only on the new mac if you have a single-user license and use the serial number to activate it.

If you have a volume license then it is another story and I do not quite understand.

  • Firefox start ii a pixel state crashed, where nothing is readable and all does not stand.

When Firefox opens, rather than see my home page where everything is normal & readable Firefox opens to a page where everything is indistinguishable and all pixels resemble an abstract painting. I am running Firefox 15.0.1. Firefox crashed and when I restarted it, it's what I see. I even tried to uninstall and go back to 10 Firefox, but it makes no difference which version I'm running because the results are the same. My operating system is Windows 7 Professional w/SP1

I apologize for taking so long to reply to your post, but I had other issues requiring attention during a day. What I was doing before I received your reply has restored my computer to a point in September that was shortly after the clean install of Windows 7 Professional. At that time there Firefox 15.0.1 and IE9 worked very well. After doing the system restore when I accessed Firefox is working without any problems. Then I updated my graphics card HIS Radeon HD4650 AGP for the latest drivers and "when everything goes haywire. It seems that there is a problem between the HIS Radeon HD4650 card latest drivers video AGP Via Technologies VIA P4PB400-FL that is as I mentioned earlier, and old product that has no hardware acceleration. I said that there is a problem with the motherboard Via because the machine that I use to write the question has an ASUS motherboard with the same video card AGP and latest drivers and I don't have any problems with Firefox browsers in particular.

After you have determined the possibility of the motherboard video card number. I've started in a previous video card driver that was released in 2009. Since Firefox works (IE9 not so now) so I consider the Firefox problem solved.

I want to thank you for taking the time to help me solve my problem and looking forward to maybe help others.

  • I had a Photoshop crash, where can I find the last PSD file?

I don't know where are my temporary files. Can someone help me please!

[Left the forum Cloud/Installer generic for program specific forum... MOD]

First Photoshop isn't a file editor, he worked on the Document in memory data structures.  If your work on a picture unless continuously, you save and overwrite the source image file, nothing has changed in your image file.

Photoshop has an AutoRecover feature in newer versions of Photoshop.  Lights up when you change a recovery file is written to a time interval programmed while you are editing images of images.  If Photoshop crash when you start Photoshop recovery should be automatic. You should document available as it was the last time it was auto-saved.  You will lose Photoshop history States and the steps you did after the auto-save and the time that Photoshop crashed.

The document recover will be called *. PSB. PSB files are native Photoshop big image file format.

    Hello

    It is not expensive.

  • portable hard drive crashed where can I get a windows disc.

I have a laptop that was purchased for me awhile back and two weeks ago, that the hard drive failed and I had to replace.

My question is how can I reinstall windows.

It was running xp professional and has a certificate of authenticity, but it never came with any disks.

I tried to contact the manufacturer, but they even my model on system there is more.

    Help, please.

    Hello Robert.

As Carey has said before, no, unfortunately. The only option you have is to either buy a system with Windows 7, contact the manufacture of material, as you have already done or search online for a copy of Windows XP. I would avoid the auction sites like most sold operating systems there are not authentic. Thank you.

Product keys are not sold separately, but you can buy a license for sale at retail and use the packaging product key:

Microsoft is no longer at the price of Windows 7 because it ended sales in October 2013, so you will have to turn to third party providers who might still have in stock. Please note, due to demand and scarcity, there could be no available retail license and you may have to settle for licenses OEM System Builder, which are just as effective but come with license restrictions (which to be honest, are not a lot of weight, given that all future versions of Windows are full anyway (Windows 8.1 and later) versions. Please note that you must purchase the corresponding edition that corresponds with the drive you have:
