Relocation of LR on a new computer. Possible?
Is it possible to install the LR for a second time on a new computer? Or am I forced to buy a new product?
The Adobe license allows 2 activations
You install programs exactly in the same way you did the 1st time... Put your disc in the drive, and enter your serial number when asked

I'm putting together a new mini computer from scratch. Is it possible to recover my Windows XP and install it in my new computer?
This license/copy of Windows XP OEM is * linked * to this Dell system. It is * not * transferable to any other system. This is part of the OEM license agreement. In other words - you did not have licensed copy for Windows XP - the Dell system has. You may not have known/done this so far - and it can't make you very happy with the situation.A decent (albeit simplified) explanation of the difference between a detail a Windows XP license and OEM Windows XP license:As you can see - there's a reason that the OEM license was cheaper and cheaper aspect was why Dell it came with the PC.

I want a NEW computer, but I want Windows XP on it. I don't like about adding new fangled to it. I just want to use my OLD stuff. Is this possible?
Hello
If you are considering buying new PCs, you can go ahead and buy Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or enterprise. These editions of Windows 7 supports Windows XP Mode, where you can use all programs Windows XP. You can also use the Windows compatibility mode to run Windows XP programs in Windows 7. I now have a computer with Windows XP and wanted to buy a new computer. All new computers come with Windows 7. Is it possible to buy a new computer with Windows XP (or buy one with Windows 7 and remove it and install Windows XP)? I like XP and have talked to people who are not really happy with Windows7 and holds XP back. AND I also discovered that my printer is not compatible with Windows 7 - it is not that I love him and want to keep it. I can't afford to buy a new computer AND printer, since I have been unemployed for more than 2-1/2 years. I would like to use XP on a new computer! I would appreciate it if you could let me know what is possible or if I'm stuck with my old computer. Thank you very much!
Probably not, you will find a computer with XP on it.
If you buy a computer with Windows 7, you will first need to know if it would be compatible with Windows XP. Probably not, because they are not designed for XP and drivers are not available.
Unless you want to spend the time, you're stuck with your old computer.

I wonder if possible to re - register the cd of my laptop key in my new computer?
Original title: Windows 7
Hello.
I have Windows 7, that came with my laptop when I bought it.
Recently, I received a new computer without a win on it. I wonder if possible to re - register the cd of my laptop key in my new computer?
As mentioned, the OEM license on the old laptop can be transferred to the new. You will need to purchase a new full version Windows 7 or Windows 10 license.
You can find software OEM System Builder of dozens of online merchants. The current price for OEM Windows 7 Professional Newegg, for example, is $ 140. When I checked a few minutes ago, Amazon offered packages OEM Windows 7 Professional from several vendors at prices ranging from $ 101 to $ 150. When I checked earlier, a package specifically designed for reconditioned PCs cost only $ 50 for a 64-bit copy.
There is no technical limitation to prevent you from using OEM software on your computer, although this software only works for a clean install, not an upgrade. In the past, Microsoft has been remarkably inconsistent in his advice to clients on the question of whether this practice is allowed. (See "is allowed to use Windows OEM on your own PC? Don't ask Microsoft. »)

Original title: transfer emails to new computer
Pls is it possible to somehow retrieve the emails from an Outlook Express account on a broken computer to transfer to my new computer which runs Windows Live Mail or do I need to get the old computer fixed? Thank you very much
You are welcome. If you can get the files from hard drive accessible, here's what you need to know.Transfer of data from Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail:
For Messages:Copy the * ENTIRE * OE message store folder to a flash drive. (Folders.dbx must be included). Place it on the desktop or another location on the computer using WLMail.
V-2011/2012: Menu button. Import Messages. Microsoft Outlook Express 6, and the point where it was saved.
Location of OE message store:
In OE: Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
In Windows XP the OE User (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

my computer with windows broken and now my new computer does not have windows, is it possible to get windows on my new computer from my old?
Hello
You tell us what type of license you have.
If the former was preinstalled, NO, you cannot transfer it.
Read this information:
If the laptop came with the preinstalled Windows operating system (Dell, HP, Acer, etc.), this product key supplied with the laptop is preinstalled OEM license and is not transferable.
OEM license/product key (systems of operating pre-installed on Dell, HP, etc.) is related to the first machine it is installed on and dies when dies of this machine.
The above applies also to OEM system builders licenses.
License of operating system in detail, that you buy and install yourself, are allowed to be transferred to another machine.
And retail licenses also can be installed on a machine at one time.

Hi all
I just bought a new computer and want to use my CS5 Creative Suite of, but when I wen to save it, the site said that I could not. Is it possible that I can use it again?
You can only register a product - it's simply your way of recording with Adobe that you have bought and started to use one of their products. You can activate several times during the life whole but - it happens whenever you reinstall the software, but there are limited to two at any time.
What you need to do, is get your serial number and use it to activate the new installation.

I just got a new laptop for College. I always want to photoshop on my new computer, but I have no idea how to get it again. My previous photoshop program was of someone who does not speak for me more so I don't know anything about the number of product or anything of this nature, is it still possible to photoshop on my new computer without repurchase it again? Thank you very much.
Adobe applications may not be transferred, they must be installed using installation files. If you don't have all the numbers to activate the product and do not have an account associated with this software (where you will find the serial number if you have saved it), then the short answer is that you don't own the software and have no legal right to it.
