  In January 2014, I bought 12 Photoshop elements online, I recently had to buy a new PC and now I can't reinstall items 12, I spent several hours searching the forums, I contacted support and nothing that they suggested work so then they informed me that my software was not covered under their support chat and they did it with me.

  I found the area where you can download items 12, however, when you click on 1 of the 2 files which is 1.16 GB, nothing happens, only the circle in the tab page turns.  When I click on the file 2 2 but it won't download because I need the first file, I get a download window.  I did it with Firefox and explore and they do the same thing.

  Any ideas?

  I bought elements 2 of 11 years, installed on my laptop, running Microsoft 7 and retained the installation disc and serial number.  Elements work well, but my other computer has problems and I can be forced to do a full factory restore.  So, I'm going to lose my program elements.  I'll be able to reinstall components using the original disk?  I have my computer saved on a HP simple save external hard drive and want to use it to restore my images.  If I buy a new computer I'll be able to install items using my original disk?

  system information:

  HP mini netbook

  clean install of xp home sp3 (vaid key)

  install the drivers of hp cds (any material works very well)

  replaced with ssdhd hd

  Description:

  After installing windows, I tried to make my updates but it faild. I've searched and searched, try a lot of correction it solutions without success. I installed office 2007, after installation it asks if I want updates of windows to manage updates, I said YES. After that I was able to get about 189 updates of the first round, the second round was 30 or more. Now I'm no longer able to download the update, fails on the download instantly (any update). Im stuck at this point. I get the error code from windows update next: 0 x 80246008

  I have trid to solve this problem:

  1) stop wuauserv

  Remove C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution

  Start wuauserv

  2) tried a number of the fix it solutions with no luck

  3) downloaded .net cleanser and followed these notes to the relocation of .net features

  Notes: I noticed that my bits service gets renamed the tools fix or an update, it seems that now it more it will fail to start if I click Start.

  The @%SystemRoot%\system32\qmgr.dll,-1000 service failed to start due to the following error:

  The only way I know how to fix it is to reinstall sp3. After sp3 install I can not download updates

  You can not. However, I'm not sure why you think it's a privacy or security threat. The only thing that can be accessed without unlocking the phone is the camera to take pictures. No one can access your data already on the phone.
