  I bought a used MacBook Pro 13 "(début 2015)." It's a french MacBook, which means that it has a French keyboard. However, I completely formatted via a USB stick with El Capitan pre-loaded and chose English as my tongue throughout the installation. However, for some reason, certain elements remain in French.   Still trying to get my CD/DVD drive to read my CD and DVD, I'm trying to follow the advice of Support Dell and get rid of other programs like Power DVD, Nero Burning ROM, Roxio, etc. which could block Windows the drive, but when I go into the Control Panel--> programs-->--> Power DVD uninstallers, he won't let me uninstall it not.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
