Windows 7 Professional, can I pass its default language in the other, like German?

Hey
I have a question on my windows 7 professional language problem.
When I bought the laptop the default language is English. But now I want for the shift in German? How to make possible?
I knew the Ultimate version could change language 32 at will. What about that professional?
Any suggestion...

Hello

The first thing to do is to download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor--> http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=20

If your hardware and your applications are compatible with Windows 7 (and there are drivers available for your hardware devices) then you can buy a copy of Windows 7 and install it.  You will have to do what Microsoft calls a "custom installation" which is a facility clean Windows 7 in force and which is to format your hard drive.

Thus, you must first save all your data (files, documents, music, photos, etc.) on another medium (the best is an external hard drive), and then import this into the computer after the installation of Windows 7.  Microsoft is a tool for this called Windows Easy Transfer, but you can use any method you like.

Also, you must reinstall all of your applications from their original installation media.  If any of these applications has been downloaded, you'll need a copy of the downloaded installation package or a way to re - download.  You must also make sure that you have all your license keys.

If you go ahead with this, one thing you need to do before your existing XP installation is more usable is to download and run Belarc Advisor (free).  Belarc is mainly intended to let you know if your security patches are up-to-date, it also gives you a list of license keys for a large part of your installed software.

PS: Don't waste your time with Vista.  If you can not go to Windows 7, stick with XP.

    Hello

The only FULL of Windows 8 Pro version would be the OEM System Builder... everything else is an upgrade...

Unlike Win 7 and earlier versions, Microsoft is not offering one COMPLETE Win 8 other than OEM package...

The difference is that the OEM version has no support from Microsoft... If you have a problem, you are on your own... Just enjoy the Forums and for any issues that arise...

Providing that there are drivers available for your laptop to win 8, it should work...

After you have re-installed Windows XP, you can go on the site Web of Norton and download the software from their part. Once you have downloaded it you should be asked for an email or an account that you configured when you first bought Norton, log. After that, Norton is turned on with the rest of the time for your subscription should be displayed. If you have further questions about Norton, you can click on their link to support here. • Change the default language of the system from Spanish to English

I'm going on a trip and had to buy a new computer to the Mexico.  It came with Windows 7 Edition Home Premium and I tried to change the default language of the Spanish Englishthrough the control panel system, but he would not accept the change.  I don't speak Spanish and you need to use the laptop in the Canada and the United States.  Reading here, it seems that I need to buy Windows 7 Ultimate, however, the only version available is the full version, which is limited to activation in America Latin/Caribbean and she seems to be in Spanish as well.  It'll work for me or what should I do in order to get up and running in English?

To install a different language - MUI (MUI) - you must have Windows 7 Ultimate. If you do not have Ultimate you can do an Express upgrade to ultimate.

Anytime Upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate
Type of upgrade Express in the box files and research programs in the start menu and click the Windows Anytime Upgrade.  From there, you can buy an Express Windows 7 Ultimate upgrade. Then you can enter your Express Upgrade product key and perform a simple upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate, this is why you can install a different language.

If you are in Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, you can use anytime upgrade. If this isn't the case, you will need to buy Windows 7 Ultimate, or buy Windows 7 in the language you need.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/products/Windows-Anytime-Upgrade

Install new MUI (MUI) in Windows 7 Ultimate:

    1. start-> all programs--> Windows Update--> optional updates.
    2. open the optional updates and go to the Windows 7 language packs.
    3. check the MUI (MUI) you want and click OK
    4. proceed to updates

  • the default language in the script

When run a perl script to create a virtual machine in vCenter script fails due to the default language that is set in vCenter and/or the vCLI.  The default language is other than Englisgh and the script was written in English, so that the script does not run.  How can I set the default language in the script to English?  Any ideas?

By vCLI documentation, you can use:

    --encoding
    VI_ENCODING=
Specifies the encoding to be used. One of cp936 (Simplified Chinese) ISO-8859-1
    (German), or Shift_JIS (Japanese).
You can use --encoding to specify the encoding the vSphere CLI should map to
when it is run on a foreign language system.

If it works, you can create a configuration file and just add the entry VI_ENCODING = "" and who will be permanent each time you call vCLI or vSphere SDK for Perl scripts. "
