• Navigation in the InBrowser edition

  Hello

  I have just connected to the new edition of InBrowser and I can't just navigate to other pages. When I click on the usual link, the page I want to edit just opens in a new tab - but in this tab I'm not in edit mode more... It's just the normal site in a new tab... That's why I'm stuck on my landingpage, I can only change things... I really tried everything, what is the problem here?

  We are aware of a bug that causes this problem, and we should have a fix coming in the next few days. Could you give me a link to your site, so I can check to see if the bug that we are setting is the same as the one you use in?

  Please use the feedback inside the inbrowser.editing.com admin page to report the problem to the development team. Try to include as much information as possible about your Setup program (file .muse, URL of the site, browser, OS, etc.)

• InBrowser editing no longer works, no original muse reupload site file

  I have a site I created about 2 years ago for a client. Recently, the hard drive that stored the original muse files failed. It was not a problem, because the owner does not want major changes and simply uses the InBrowser editing tool to change the text in its events and the sections of the list of depression (business is a bar). He made these changes once a week.

  Starting this week, it seems that the edition of InBroswer does not recognise anything on the site as editable. No way to change images or text.

  The site is www.publichousefl.com. Anyone know a solution or have the same problem?

  There is a known bug with some web sites of Business Catalyst where previously editable in owners of content areas are not editable. A similar report can be found here Re: change in the browser to define editable regions.

  If this is the same bug and you use licensed content for the content of your page, you are able to change the holders of content via the Business Catalyst Admin site?

  Please note that Adobe is US, offices are closed next week from 4 to 8 July, back on July 11.

• With phone version InBrowser edition edition problems

  I use the latest version, I tried in firefox, chrome and safari, nothing helps. I can see and edit the site's full desktop version. But when I go to edit the phone it is grayed out.

  I deleted the entire site via ftp and re downloaded. Nothing helps.

  I made sure that the two boxes checked for the inbrowser editing and content (I have all text frames that are connected through the content on the phone version).

  I don't know where to go from here... Suggestions are welcome.

  Is the site hosted on BC or external? This can be the behavior if there is no script/html on the page element.

• inbrowser edition of hyperlinks removed during the merger in Muse! Made my head.

  Hi all

  So it's in my head and I'm really hoping that someone can help me because it is causing many headaches with my client and a lot of work with me.

  I created a site of sport horse - now the client has access to the browser edition due to changing horses all the time so I have created pages of models and they can simply change the text etc. - now, I created an area of URL on each horse that has a hyperlink to youtube for this horse. 90% of the time when they put the URL in and I merge with muse the link is deleted and I find myself with the text. leaving me to go through each page and manually add the url of the live site.

  I would like to inform you that, now the 'in the browser edition feature"in Muse, allows users to change the text and images in their sites. You cannot add all hyperlinks by using the function "change in the browser.

• Request for Aria - hide the link at the bottom of the page "edit my details".

  We try to prepare Apex for version with our population of users, in particular the Application of the Aria. We would like to hide or remove the link at the bottom of the page "edit my details". Currently, I find no indication when it comes to installation, my first indication is that this is part of the theme? Any information would be extremely useful.

  Please could update you your username to something more meaningful - this is a friendly forum!

  I don't have aria installed here, but your places to look is probably Page 0 (which is shared across the application) or possibly on the page template. If you open the Page definition for a page that contains it, look at the models and click on the page template. It may be in the body or the footer here.

  As I say, I have not installed well so I can't give a definitive answer, but this should be a starting point for you.

  If please try and uninstall Photoshop CS3, restart the machine, and then reinstall it.

• InBrowser edition of the formatting problems

  My client has problems to update their daily special page with InBrowser edition.

  This site is hosted by a 3rd party host:

  • Café Central large Storm Lake, Iowa

  We have learned that the only way to keep the formatting that was built in Muse is if the client selects the text to change and the types ABOVE. Are they highlight and delete everything first, formatting disappeared. For some reason, the customer cannot get the hang of it, so I'll have to fix several times a week.

  Is there another way to get around this? Is this a known bug? Is there anything I should do in the game Muse upwards to help?

  Unfortunately there isn't any alternative workaround at this time apart from the one you highlighted.

  I have a Windows 7 environment.  I made a mistake with the digital edition (DE) and my permission management is totally ruined.  I think that the only solution is to completely remove it FROM my computer - I mean completely, otherwise said, all the records are hidden in the registry and nowhere else.  So my question is how can I do this because it is OF not if with an option delete which I would have done this process properly?  Until I can fix it my computer is totally locked out of use OF.

  Follow these instructions to delete the relevant registry files that are used for activation:

  • Open the Windows registry using the command prompt and type "regedit" or by opening the start menu and by searching for "regedit."
  • Look for the following folder:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept\Activation
  • The "Activation" folder can be removed completely.

  This can be done without having to reinstall ADE. It will restore a State not enabled, where you can connect to ADE.

  Your license will work for the Windows version and it is too old to qualify for a swap of platform (I don't know if it is a Mac version of standard far in the back - I think that there is for Windows).
