I use Lightroom 6.5 and PS CS3 (version 10).  Working in Lightroom, the option Edit in Photoshop is grayed out.  I think that this can be linked to the recent move to Windows 10.

  Seriously Teddy5555, this isn't a problem with Lightroom.  If PhotoShop is not installed on your computer, then you cannot directly photos to edit in PhotoShop, nor can you merge to Panorama in PhotoShop.  If it is not installed, you must install it to make it work.

  6 LR and LR CC 2015 have the ability to merge with a Panorama in LR itself as shown below, but I don't remember if it was available in LR 5.

HOWEVER, if you see your old Acrobat in this window, do not run the vacuum cleaner, but do a repair on the old version.

  You say that a "report" is 30 GB?  Or a folder containing files?

  Maybe overkill - but unless you have less than 1 GB of memory (live RAM) of the system, the upgrade of memory was probably exaggerated too with WIndows XP.  ;-)

  Search for malware:

  Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

  The less you have to run all the time, most things you want to run will perform:

  Use Autoruns to understand this all starts when your computer's / when you log in. Look for whatever it is you do not know usingGoogle (or ask here.)
