Remove a white glow behind the text?

I just installed Windows 7 today and it measures almost entirely to my taste, but I have a question; I don't know how to remove the glow behind the text on top of the different windows.

What I'm talking about-

It is not just the air very well, and I'd appreciate any help to remove.

In my opinion, that if you can disable this feature (glow), you would not be able to read the text of title under certain circumstances.
