  • Could not find a download for Windows Live Family Safety for Windows 7

    Hello

I want to download Windows Live Family Safety for Windows 7, but I could not find this download anywhere.  I've found directions on how to download and a link to the download, but ultimately I'm directed to a download for Windows Essentials which includes no parental control.  I Googled, tried Windows 7 help & many other sites and have not managed to find a download for this program.  Is it not possible to get this download more?

Please let know us if anyone has an idea for me.  I've been spinning my wheels on it for hours.  Thank you for reading this.

Is it the instructions and the page that contains the link you tried: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/set-up-family-safety#set-up-family-safety=windows-7

It contains step by step instructions.

  • How can I remove the Windows Live Sign In requirement for my windows live mail?

Something changed in my installation of Windows Vista HP and I am now faced with a sign to connect to Windows Live 'request' every time I try to access my windows live mail.  (From the desktop icon).  I can click on through that connection and I will be headed to my live mail account (without entering any information of personal password) so I have no idea what use this sign is actually - but it's PRETTY! boring.  All he seems to do is add more clicks for me to be able to do what I had previously been able to.   BING was not very helpful to help me find a way to turn off this annoying 'feature'.   I tried to use the program on Windows Essentials items removal (all except the direct mail) but this did not help.  Where can I fo to disable this pop-up window?  (And of course, I don't want to lose my current e-mail settings or messages!)

The sign is in Windows Live (contacts, calendar, photo upload) services.
Contacts and calendar will be synchronized with the calendar and the active contacts.  When
do not sign, stored locally, calendar and contacts not synchronized will be
    used.
In 2009 WLMail, Alt + T, Options, connection tab, stop signing in.
WLMail 2011, Alt + F, Options, e-mail, connection tab, stop signing in.

  • Networking - can not access the Internet since I refused the offer of renewal for the Windows Live OneCare safety

It seems that since I refused the offer of renewal of Windows Live OneCare security - which costs $50.00 per year - but is FREE via my ISP no longer, I can access Internet Explorer or is applications such as my printer, sounds etc... I called the mfg and they want $100.00! Seems that the warranty is sold out, as well!  Is there someone who can help free of charge until I get MORE money for MS?  I contacted my ISP & everything works well on their end, it's a problem of network management - they showed me how to run in safe mode to fix this problem.  Hope it works & thank you for the help!

When I got the original 'oops' message, I had read and delete emails (too fast, i suspect). When I try, I get a message "an unknown error has occurred."   I would like to be able to delete the emails. Any help would be appreciated.

  • How to remove copies of photos from Windows Live Photo Gallery"

I have 3 or 4 copy of my photos in the live photo gallery Windows

How can I remove these copies without doing it one at a time

    Hello catnfuzz,

You will not be able to find duplicate files and delete everything automatically, the best way to get rid of duplicates in Windows Live Photo gallery would be to sort the files by name, compare and delete the files.

There are also several third-party programs that you help find the duplicate on the computer files, and delete them. I suggest that you use your favorite search engine and look for the file duplicate, find programs.

    DISCLAIMER OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE:

Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

I suggest that you post your question on the Forums of Windows Live for a better answer to this question. This is a dedicated forum for issues related to Windows Live Photo Gallery:

  • I need to reset my password for my windows live account and I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A STAFF MEMBER IMMEDIATELY!

I recently bought a NEW $ 400 Xbox 360 and I can not change my password to recover my gamertag Russolini11 because the email associated with the account is deleted.  I called 3 times and no one can help me! I have an old Xbox that I use now with my Russolini11 gamertag and it works fine.  I want to transfer everything to my new xbox but I can't change the password and I sent emails to the windows live team, and they can't help me because the enamel is associated with my former college Lakeland Community College - * address email is removed from the privacy *.  Someone please just reset my password for my account to windows live (* address email is removed from the privacy * and change the e-mail address to * address email is removed from the privacy * if you can not do that for me I plan to return my xbox for a PS3.)  I can't believe that microsoft live does not have a direct phone number to reach a live person, just absolutely ridiculous!

    Hi Zack'

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think you should have to change your password to recover your gamertag. However, if you have forgotten your password, then that's a different story. Also you should be dealing with xbox live support instead of windows live because they are the one who can access your account. Try xboxlive.com then go support here. I see that you have someone call you.

    I hope this helps.
