    Hi Christophe,

    Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    Let me ask you;

    • Faced with any performance issue with the PC?
    • You receive an error?
    • What security software is installed on the computer?
    • You have installed a toolbar to any web browser?

    This could be a malware, and generally the common path for such file can be:

    C:\Users\{User}\appdata\local\temp\{Random}.tmp\dply_en_015020247.exe

    I suggest you run a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner.

    The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

    Microsoft safety scanner

    Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

    Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

    Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

  • My Mac has a virus or is this malware?

    While browsing with Safari a message popped up on my computer.  Should I take seriously or is - this malware that I must be wary?  The message was:

    In "apple.com - messenging.» *** »

    VIRUS DETECTED

    A Web site that you visited today has infected your Mac with a virus.

    Press OK to start the repair process.

    -- And there is a blue button with "OK" on this subject.

    I force quit Safari and then reopened, get the same message again - because it was open when I force quit the program.  I force quit a second time and then off to my modem.  So when I opened Safari for the third time I got the URL, but the message couldn't come because I was not connected to the Internet.  Without this message box, the page could not freeze the program, I so was able to copy the URL and then delete this tab.  The URL is:

I didn't know it was a bad program until I started getting all sorts of viruses and malicious messeges also everything I did and use. I tried to uninstall this thing with little success. I have downloaded and run STOPzilla and it found and removed 337 threats. I also downloaded AVG again. However, in the Security windows malware protection sectionoif, my protection antivirus says not compatible and shows that this "Antivir Solution Pro is still on but is its status as Windows Security Center in a format that is no longer supported". Defender scan shows pick up nothong. I tried to install AVG and it tells me to uninstall this program for optimal performance, but when I click on the button uninstall I can't find this Antivir anywhere in the list. • What are the .isdata files? Is - this malware?

    I recently found a sudoers file on my 2015 Macbook Air 13 "(1.6 GHz Intel Core 5/Mem 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3) El Capitan 10.11.6 who took control of my HD and my cable modem. I was able to fix these problems (with the help of this forum, thank YOU!) but I still cannot change the permissions for my Apps folder and cannot connect to the App Store. I want to go back to the original OS X Yosemite. I set up a root user account and use a new installation of Firefox. When I tried to connect to apple.com, I received a warning to redirect (Chrome) which I have not installed. I then opened Finder and went to Library/Caches/com.apple.iconservices.store and found on a hundred or more of these files of text document, all written in code, with the extension .isdata I am not so much concerned by a brick machine, because I have a guarantee of damages from the dealer, and they say that I can exchange it. • Whenever the self-repair launches, FF open a tab at clickvideodownload. Is - this malware?

    It's the URL that I speak;

      http://www.clickvideodownload.com/getting_started.php?od=23-7-15&cd=31-7-15&rid=d2c7c937be61244

    I think that this may be a malware site. I deleted the cache and cookies, but it keeps popping up randomly when I run FF.

    Finally, I blocked the outbound access to this URL, so that my computer cannot connect to it. However, I finally understood the 'random' trigger... it appears as an additional tab to my presets, each time I leave FF to connect to self - repair.mozilla.org!

    If I refuse this outbound connection request, I don't see this problem occurs.

    So, what FF does when he contacts "repair"? Is this tool reconstruction cookies and 'flash cookies' tabs or other metadata? How can I disable this "feature", or can you explain why I should not simply do a permanent rule of 'decline' for this connection?

    "July 31, 2015, Firefox has tried to establish a connection to self - repair.mozilla.org on port 443 (https)." The application has been authorized by the connection alert. »

  • How to customize the menu bookmarks, such as remove subscribe to this page and and hide or remove the unsorted bookmarks in the bookmarks menu bar?

    In the old version you could hide the or delete to subscribe to this page from the bookmarks bar option menu option and the same for the unsorted Lily book option.
    I would also like to remove some spaces that surround these options in the menu.

    I want to talk about the menu bar with the bookmarks menu item.

    All of these options in the bookmarks menu makes for lots of unnecessary scrolling for the bookmarks menu in any direction (upwards or downwards). I think it's very annoying that there is NO option to hide these elements either to just outside and to remove it!
