I was worried about safety, so I changed my administrator account to a user account thinking that my other account would act as an administrator. Now an unknown account administer appeared and he asks me a password. What happened and what should I do?
Try a Systerm restore before the problem:
Restore point:

Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.
Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.
Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...
Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

Read the above for a very good graph shows how backward more than 5 days in the System Restore Points by checking the correct box.

Are you referring to Windows Sidebar or the taskbar?
RE: Sidebar
By default, windows sidebar is on the side OF the screen.
Where is your sidebar? Left side?
There are only 2 options: either to the left or right. How to choose where Sidebar is placed:
Start button > Control Panel > column on the left, click Control Panel Home > click on appearance and personalization > click Properties of the sidebar > under display sidebar on this side of the screen, select right > click OK when finished.RE: taskbar
If you really want to say Taskber is moved to the right of the screen and you want only it down, use this method:
Rest your cursor inside the taskbar, right click > see if there is a check mark to "Lock this taskbar" if so, uncheck it > now left-click inside the taskbar and HOLD > drag the slider down > drop PREY > make sure you check 'lock the taskbar '.For the benefits of others looking for answers, please mark as answer suggestion if it solves your problem.

I cancelled and uninstalled the app, but I still get the error. I don't know if the update is looking for a component of Microsoft Works 9.0 in the registry.

Television Media Center only one tv in the dark on both sides of Center 3 "inches, how do I fill the screen e-machines 600 GB
Hello, Russell
Windows Media Center will use as possible while maintaining the proportions of screen space. If you have a TV screen and watch a video 4:3 standard, it will keep the bars on the side.
You can change the level of zoom in now the keys CTRL and shift and press 'Z' to scroll through the different zoom levels so that it fills the entire screen at your convenience, but keep in mind that you will not be able to see the full image if the proportions of the video does not match your TV.
