  I use MATE. It has an option to restart applications that opened when the system ended last time. And I've checked to be with Skype out when I logout. In any case it starts automatically.

  I have just solved the problem, but I don't know what happened to solve, because I did all them and restarted at a time:

  Tools > settings > advanced > Miss keep Skype in the taskbar when minimized. Litte Skype icon down by the clock is Skype in systray not the bar of tasks, and as systray programs you must righclick and leave them, this is normal.

  I saw this culture until recently. It's a bug in the view code PowerCLI whereby it keeps the values of tag for pools when they are modified. It is now followed by a solution, even if I have no details on when it will be released. The solution is to extract from the database of ADAM beforehand and restore them after the command manually.
