Except that won't erase it a file, I put it in my trash can, but it will not empty because it says it is still ongoing. I tried to download Malwarebytes, but it said that my os is too old to run it. I always get a lot of ads in my chrome now, but not more stuff mackeeper. I also deleted my extensions in chrome and this did not help with ads. I can't really understand how to remove this last thing!

• I tried all the suggestions you and RoboForm gave, can not remove the old version of RoboForm, nor install again.

  I have Firefox 20.0.1 and using RoboForm 7.8.7.5, who had also stopped working and so I upgraded RoboForm to 7.8.8.5 and it will not load even on Firefox, and I'm not able to delete the 7.8.7.5 either. I decided that I can't use Firefox until you solve the problem. I will not use password manager you have in the browser because I don't think that it is safe.

  Also, I would recommend my friends who use RoboForm to also avoid Firefox at the moment.

  You and RoboForm claim that there is a delete button in Firefox, there is no button with Roboform. I even turned off 7.8.7.5 but it will only allow me to activate, I can't delete this version.

  Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
     • Windows:
       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
     • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.

     1. Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
     2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.
