  If you don't structure your projects and your goods in a specific folder for projects and resources, you will need to delete the project (to the extent that is registered) file as well as all assets (Auto, saves files to preview, consistent Audio, video compliant files).   Welcome to the forum.

  The answer depends on the way that you set the project initially. I put everything in the folder of a single root, which contains the PREL file, then the subfolders Copies of my Source of the layer film, and my pre scratch discs, including making files, Cache of media, etc... All I have to do is delete the folder root of this project, and everything goes with it. If such a scheme was not used, they will then have to navigate the system, locating the different folders with the files inside and remove them, one at a time. This ARTICLE goes into details on how to set up my PrE projects.

  Now before you start deleting files and folders, you must ask yourself a few questions:

  1. Will need me always re - edit this project again?
  2. Are the assets used in this project with a value of savings for later use?

  Select the project that you want to delete in the application browser, press the DELETE key and you will see another dialog box that asks you if you want to remove the project from the application (workspace) or remove it completely. In your case, option 1 is what you want to do.

  Is it possible that I can delete a customer on a project?
  That's what I have now. I have a project with 2 clients. One of the customers was entered, funded and referenced poorly and then created another with the correct information. Now, the contribution of the wrong customer made 0 and the customer good 100.le but the problem is when generating review using the percentage complete extension of standard billing, I get an error saying cant divider be 0 if I change the contribution, the process generates review of the split between the clients that I have no problem with , but my billing gets made with this.so the solution for my problem is that I have to delete the client completely, which can be done by removing the funding. Given that the funding is referenced I can't remove it either even if it has 0 amount. Any of you know a solution for this? Please let me know.

  Hi Harsha,

  When you have a financing that is referenced, you cannot delete a funding and so you cannot delete a customer liaison for the project.

  According to metalink note # 149127.1, you may need to create a new project with the customer correct percentages of split and transfer spending of the source project to the new project.

  Yes, it is safe to remove the windows media player. It is just a component of the system and you can remove it from the Add/Remove Programs default windows, simply select the option component system in the left pane, and then you can go through the process of removing windows media player.

  It is not possible to permanently remove the Media Center, however, you can turn it off and allow him to return every time as needed.

  In Premiere Pro, if you delete a file at the OS level, you will see Offline media, but the issue real clip will remain in your order - offline, of course. However, if you remove items in the project Panel, which is what it looks like you could have done - all article clip to sequence that refer to these elements is also deleted. This is why they are called 'master clips,' because they determine the aspect and the existence of all the clips and the sub-items created from them.

  Assuming you have AutoSave enabled, you must have at least a few versions of your project that you could come back, hopefully before deletion. Look in the folder specified for your project AutoSave and find one just prior to the date and time when you did the deletion. You will probably want to make a copy of this and paste it into your main project folder, so that all the media links remain the same, and then open it. If all that was missing is back, you ready to move forward; If not, check out some of your other backup automatically.

  This will remove the database only.

  Not exactly... This will remove the entries in the database and the files in cache for some media, that are currently not in use, e.g. offline media. It can also remove some entries from the database and the cache files for the media used in a project, on what an editor does not work currently, but the majority of them will stay. In other words, the "Clean" button should have been called "partially own something media Cache database randomly.

  So, in order to actually clean the media Cache database one should manually delete all the files in the folders as media Cache and Cache media files.
