  I have a switch L3 which has a static default route pointing to a FW that is connected to a circuit of the Internet. The same L3 switch made EIGRP routers on our MPLS network. If this default static route disappears EIGRP will inject a default route, and users will receive their Internet traffic through the MPLS cloud as a backup.

  My question is how to remove this static road by default with a mechanism that is unique on the Internet circuit. I can't count on line protocol because it almost never goes down. I can't rely on Internet ping IP SLA addresses because if they descended through the Internet channel available on the circuits quickly and create a loop of the SLA of intellectual property.

  I wish I could do BGP with the Internet provider but this circuit is in a country where it would be difficult.

  Any ideas on how to remove this default static route based on something that is unique to this tour of the Internet.

  To remedy this situation, you must add a route with the 'permanent' switch at the end of any IP you track on your IPSLA... In this way, if this interface is down, your ping IPSLA would stop and IPSLA would be the move and change your default route.

  Route IP 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.255 2.2.2.2 Permanent

  where 1.1.1.1 is the IP address, you are followed and 2.2.2.2 is your 'usual' default gateway

  Yes, it'll be OK. What you can't have is the following:

  In other words, you cannot map the port itself to two different ports, in both directions. The PIX will get confused when it receives a packet on the duplicate port and does not know what a host to map to. As everything inside and outside ports map to unique ports on the other interface then you're OK.

  On a computer running Windows XP Professional SP3, I redirected the "\Windows\Installer" system folder, with a junction to a record point in a tree of directories to a different drive.  The operation was conducted and verified using "junction v1.06 - creator of junction point analysis viewer and Windows' published in 2010 by Mark Russinovich. I moved all the files and subdirectories contained in the original "\Windows\Installer' in the target directory (the these files had been previously copied to a temporary directory and after the move, I checked that they were visible in the folder '\Windows\Installer' open the symbolic link with the Explorer).
  Then I launched a system patch, and I discovered that the installation of the update of the software deleted program point junction that I created, deleted all the cache contained in the directory with the name of substitute target different files and recreated the "\Windows\Installer" folder in the original disc.

  "\Windows\Installer" isn't one of those cases, and it is not used at startup.

  Is it possible to use a junction point to redirect the \Windows\Installer on another disk/partition folder, or Setup will always delete all the files that have been targeted in the naming of replacement?

  I noticed that sometimes my iPhone didn't wake not (the lock screen display) when the charging cable is removed. the charger / sync port seem otherwise works normally.

  Is this normal?  I'm guessing that this happens because sometimes when the battery is fully charged, no power goes to the phone and if you pull the cable then, the phone can't tell you have removed the cable, but I have not seen this happen on my previous phones.

  Yes, this sounds like normal behavior! On my iPhone 6, when it reached 100% of their capacity and is completely loaded, as it stops in charge, which is why when you unplug the iPhone from the charger the screen does not automatically wake up, because the charger stopped output power to the iPhone when it finished filling.   With Internet Explorer (does not work with other browsers), you can configure a proxy server with a fake address, you can do this through Group Policy, or you can do it manually for each individual user through the Internet Options settings.  You can set the proxy server address map of loopback (127.0.0.1) or you can set it to a bogus address of your private address range (usually the range 192.168.xxx.xxx)

  If you are using other browsers, you can use NTFS permissions to deny access to the Explorer or the program directory or you can use software restriction policies to deny access to specific programs.

  We have a Dell M1000e blade chassis with a number of Server Blade M605 ESXi 5.0 using the Nexus 1000V for networking.  We use 10 G Ethernet fabric B and C, for a total of 4 10 cards per server.  We do not use the NIC 1 G on A fabric.  We currently use a NIC of B and C fabrics for the traffic of the virtual machine and the other card NETWORK in each fabric for traffic management/vMotion/iSCSI VM.  We currently use iSCSI EqualLogic PS6010 arrays and have two configuration of port-groups with iSCSI connections (a physical NIC vmnic3 and a vmnic5 of NIC physical).

  We have added a unified EMC VNX 5300 table at our facility and we have configured three VLANs extra on our network - two for iSCSI and other for NFS configuration.  We've added added vEthernet port-profiles for the VLAN of new three, but when we added the new vmk # ports on some of the ESXi servers, they couldn't ping anything.   We got a deal of TAC with Cisco and it was determined that only a single port group with iSCSI connections can be bound to a physical uplink both.

  We decided that we would temporarily add the VLAN again to the list of VLANS allowed on the ports of trunk of physical switch currently only used for the traffic of the VM. We need to delete the new VLAN port ethernet-profile current but facing a problem.

  The Nexus 1000V current profile port that must be changed is:

  We can probably remove the port-channel 2, but assumed that the error message on the port-profile in use is cascading on the other channel ports.  We can delete the other port-channel 4,6,8,10 orphans and 12 as they are associated with the orphan VEM, but we expect wil then also get errors on the channels of port 13,15,17,19,21 and 23 who are associated with the MEC assets.

  We are looking to see if there is an easy way to fix this on the MSM, or if we need to break one of the rising physical on each server, connect to a vSS or vDS and migrate all off us so the Nexus 1000V vmkernel ports can clean number VLAN.

  You will not be able to remove the VLAN from the system until nothing by using this port-profile. We are very protective of any vlan that is designated on the system command line vlan.

  You must clean the canals of old port and the old MEC. You can safely do 'no port-channel int' and "no vem" on devices which are no longer used.

  What you can do is to create a new port to link rising profile with the settings you want. Then invert the interfaces in the new port-profile. It is generally easier to create a new one then to attempt to clean and the old port-profile with control panel vlan.

  I would like to make the following steps.

  Create a new port-profile with the settings you want to

  Put the host in if possible maintenance mode

  Pick a network of former N1Kv eth port-profile card

  Add the network adapter in the new N1Kv eth port-profile

  Pull on the second NIC on the old port-profile of eth

  Add the second network card in the new port-profile

  You will get some duplicated packages, error messages, but it should work.

  The other option is to remove the N1Kv host and add it by using the new profile port eth.

  Another option is to leave it. Unless it's really bother you no VMs will be able to use these ports-profile unless you create a port veth profile on this VLAN.
