According to my AVG Virus Remover it is white listed which means that the program cannot be removed because it is essential to the operation of the computer. How can I do to remove it manually.   My windows 7 system crashed yesterday and the problem rem\port said to remove the virus Win32/Small.CA. I ran my usual antivirus program & it found no infection, I also ran the MS recommended security Scan, but it reported no infection also.  What now? As a side note my wireless connection collapsed working yesterday also, don't know if this is related.

  I think I have a virus on my computer and I don't know how to remove it. When I start my computer usually works ok, but then, after about twenty minutes, I get a pop up saying "Generic Host Process for win32 Services" which disables my internet and some other programs.
  Having then tried to find a solution, I ran a scan complete computer from microsoft who said that he had found, but only partially removed "Virus: Win32 / Alureon. I'm not sure if this virus is related to the above pop-up, but I just want to know how to remove it.
