Renewal and application manager

I just renewed (over an hour ago) and cannot access my software. The application manager just constantly says that it has expired. I used the live chat and they tell me it is active, then offers to transfer me technical support. I waited 40 minutes for this to happen, but nothing does. He tried this twice and they cannot always help. Any ideas why this is happening - my credit card was charged but I can not yet do all work

Have you updated the application manager to the latest version?
