Repeat the table column head

Hi all

It is possible to repeat the heads of column on each page of the left-hand (verso pages) by using indesign table?

Kind regards

Anil

Hi Anil,

"On the back Pages only" option is missing.

However you may work around this problem, if you want to use only the block of text on a face to the spread of pages. With perhaps two columns, if you used your table in the blocks of text in a column before.

Do "Repeat Header: once a Frame ' then, and you're done.

Example of my German InDesign showing a block of text in two columns that spans a pages face to face to spread:

The value of the cluster - 2, -2 to define all of the cells,

  • How the first column heading must be repeated if the table breaks across pages

    Hi Experts,

RTF model, header row in the table automatically repeat if record go to the next page. in similar fasion, I want to repeat the first column heading, table breaks on any page.

    Please help reslove this issue...

    Hello

You can add the tag to the first column and the first row of the table. It will repeat 1st column when table to break across pages.

Here 1 means, repeat first column when table to break across pages.

I hope this will solve your problem.

P.S. If you provide 2, this means, repeat for column 2 of the table through the pages

Please check the issue as resolved, if that answers your question. Thank you

Hi - I have a report created with the 1st column using the APEX_ITEM. Api CHECKBOX2. The column displays OK with the title like "Select" I put the label column.

However, I would like the user to be able to see a CHECKBOX in the column header label where she can click / uncheck to select all the lines or Unselect all the lines. I remember doing so using JQuery but that you don't have an idea now. Please tell us how can I make the label for the checkbox column header change of the "Select" to a box real for the user select/UN-preselect feature.

This feature is expected to work similar to a column check/uncheck in form heading delete several lines. Once the user selects all or specific to a game of lines, I do a process page for managing the lines.

  • Returns the selected table column header

I don't know there is probably a way to do this.  But I have not yet found.

I am building an application that will act as a sort of "universal" reports generator for a MySQL database tables.

At startup, a drop-down list box is filled with the names of tables in the database.  When the user selects one of these tables, the column names are taken from the base and used to fill the column headers for the table of LabVIEW.

The idea is that the user can select this column and enter the constraints of filter in a text box.  These constraints will then be added to the WHERE statement for this column.

So far I've been able to find a way to return the Active cell or a selection of cells, when the user clicks on the actual data of the table.

Is there a direct way to retrun a selected in LabVIEW column header value?

I am dreaming that there may be some sort of workaround using transparent controls over the headers.  But because different tables will have a different number of columns that the user defines the width, I'm not really sure that it will work more.

If you the editable headers, this allows Active cells specify that your column is - 1 column selected active line is the selected column. You may need to use the mouse down? to filter the possibility for the user to change the right column headings.

  • How to save the table column and row headings

I have a table where I activated the column and row headings.  Once the table is loaded with data, I would like to save the contents of the table, including the column and row headings in a text file.  The crux of "value" property returns only the content of the table, not the row and column headers.  I could use "header line chains []" and '[] column header chains' property nodes as well, but I'm in the island there is an easier way.  Looks like adding the headers of lines would be difficult.  Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Here is a way. The construction with the empty constant is to provide to the left corner of the table where there is no data.

G_ORDER_NUMBER is the main group for which we have detailed records in G_ITEM_DESC.
