Replace the batteries

Hello world
I have a g4 2313tx Pavilion. These days, my laptop battery is running low and I want to replace it with 6 new cells. I searched the internet and I found 2 product meets my battery: Li - ion BRC Ultrafire 18650-4200mAh - 3.7V and Li-ion Samsung ICR18650-22F. 3.7V - 2200mAh. I wonder why Ultrafire battery has much more capacity that battery Samsung but Ultrafire battery are cheaper than Samsung battery. So what should I buy?

Thank you everyone!

(My English is not good)

As long as the battery is guaranteed compatible and comes with a warranty covered by the seller, should not be a problem at all.

Samsung is certainly a well known brand.

If the price difference isn't much then, go with the battery of Samsung, if not the cheapest is fine.

  • you replace the batteries in trackpad apple 2

I can't find a way to open this thing... they are implying the rechargeable battery lasts forever in the TrackPad 2?

Look at the back of the trackpad to the crack of lightning connector. Use a cable of lightning between the trackpad and a USB charger or a port on the computer to recharge the batteries.

  • Jerkyness Microsoft Mouse 5000 fixed when I remove one of the batteries.

I posted a response on this forum in March on my Microsoft 5000 mouse is jerky because I had two anti virus running packages (not that I know of) and he improved after that I removed the Bit Defender. Well he began acting again last week and he started acting jerky again. First, I replaced the batteries and no luck. Then I tried various system settings (disabling services, stop the anti virus, etc.) also with no luck. Finally, by mistake, I took out one of the two batteries and the mouse is smooth as can be.   It seems that this mouse works fine with one battery but gets all jerky when there two batteries in it. Does anyone know how this can be?

  • Mistake to replace the laptop battery HP Pavilion DV42161nr/entertainment

When I start my PC, I get an error message that the battery is very low and must be replaced.

Also I am not able to run my laptop without power cable.

    Please answer.

It seems to me that you have a defective battery.

There should be an icon in the 'System Tray', which, once selected warns talk you about the State of the battery and if he is in charge.

When selecting this icon and you are informed that the battery it will also give you a % of the battery charge State.

So, when you remove the laptop from the charging unit and this icon shows 'BATTERY LOW '.

Solution would be to replace the batteries.

    Hope this helps

  • Mac Book Pro is not too hot.  It is time to replace the battery?  Can I replace the battery?

MacBookPro is not too hot.  It's time to change the battery?  Can I do it myself?

The Mac runs his fans in a feedback loop, based of the internal temperature measured.

If the temperature goes up and the fans are not speed up to compensate, you probably have a hardware problem.

If the Mac becomes too hot, it will make an uncontrolled emergency power off.

EDIT: Replacing the battery is a completely separable question not related to temperature. Is the Samsung phone batteries that catch fire, not Mac.

  • I need to replace the battery and AC adapter of the Satellite Pro U400-160

    I have a Satellite Pro U400-160.

I need to replace the battery and the charger of my Toshiba, but I am wary about compatibility issues.

Any battery for Satellite Pro U400 is suitable for mine?
As I can't find which batteries are specifically suitable for my computer.

(For example: is this a: http://www.amazon.es/Bater%C3%ADa-Toshiba-Satellite-U400-11V-7800mAh/dp/B0051A9Y88/ref=sr_1_cc_2?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1366885340&sr=1-2-catcorr&keywords=satellite+pro+u400?)

Is there a quick way to check if a battery / charger are compatible?

Each battery and adapter you get from Toshiba has specific part number. All you have to do is use this same part number and order. You should be able to find on the internet.
You can also get compatible parts you are ordering by the Toshiba authorized service provider in your country.

By the way: all U400 models have the same construction and the similar specifications then all the batteries specified for U400 can be used on your U400-160.

  • Equium A210 - replacing the CMOS battery possible?

My Toshiba Satellite A210 - 1 4 seems to have a CMOS battery problem because it does not keep the BIOS settings.

I bought a replacement battery and a/c mains adapter to remove the a/c power problems but the POST beaps and CMOS keeps a checksum error and once in the BIOS and save the settings, it starts successfully, but if the laptop restarts or is off this all over again. I've also updated the BIOS successfully is not of the BIOS chip. The only thing I can think is to replace the CMOS battery - is it possible?

I read that some are soldered on? Would this laptop Toshiba service to replace the CMOS battery / audit failures - if so, how much would it cost, or someone else can do that the laptop is out of warranty.

    Advice please?

    Hi Emases2010,

As I know some batteries are fixed/soldered to the motherboard and t is no substitute, but I think that only a laptop computer technician can give you a detailed response.

Normally, you can load the CMOS battery if you leave the AC adapter plugged in overnight or in the best case 24 hours. After this, the battery must be fully charged.

Ive left permanently plugged causing the batteries to be tired of apparentrly. If I turn the machine on at full load and nothing doing, the battery will expire in 15 minutes. Replacing the battery is cited as A £99, VAT in addition to toshiba - y at - it somewhere cheaper or better size. ?

    Any suggestion is appreciated.

    Carol

I put t know where is the cheapest place to purchase the battery, but in my opinion, the offers online are the cheapest.
You can see the Toshiba site options and accessories:
    HTTP://EU.COMPUTERS.TOSHIBA-EUROPE.COM/CGI-BIN/TOSHIBACSG/JSP/OPTIONSANDACCESSORIESHOME.DO?SERVICE=EU&ID=ONLINE _ SHOP

Here, you can select your model of laptop, and you will find the compatible battery.
You didn t write about you model exactly but I think that the battery pack (Li-ion, 12 cells, 6450mAh) with the PA3382U-1BRS part number must be compatible. But check before you buy!

In any case, you could Google for that number and I m you will find many offers online.

  • Replacing the battery on Satellite Pro P100

Hi can anyone recommend a reputable provider in Britain of the batteries for Satellite Pro P100, is a PA3480U-1BRS 6000mAh. ?

People like DABS.com tried but they are always out of stock.

As usual, there are plenty of weird sites found on Google but I have never heard of them and they offer for most non-Toshiba clones which I do not know if they are all good or even compatible.

Ideally, I'll try to find a genuine Toshiba battery if I can

    Do Toshiba to provide directly?
Thanks to all those who can help you

    Graham

AFAIK, you can't order directly in battery Toshiba but each service provider authorized in the United Kingdom can get the original for you battery.
I recommend checking the Toshiba support page under http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com > support & downloads > find an ASP.

You can find the list of all FSA in the United Kingdom. Connect with some of them and look for information on replacing the battery, costs and delivery times.

    Bye and good luck!
